Sandbox has been removed and replaced with grass. Recently remodeled back dock with fire pit, covered dock. Take one of the 5 complimentary kayaks out on the river, or enjoy the Large Aqua Lily Pad! Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy inside including Smart TVs with complimentary YouTube TV . You can spend the evening enjoying the views of the sunset from the water next to the firepit. VERY children friendly. NO real Boat Traffic, shallow water 3-4' to walk to the beach, deep enough to swim/kayak and even take a Jet Ski. Great for kids of all ages but also fun for adults. MAXIMUM 13 guests and 5 parked cars at all time - Please email me for any exceptions.

The Space:

Recently renovated, this 4 bedroom home with new foam mattress/pillows throughout and 3 bathrooms has plenty of space for everyone. Recessed lights throughout for a bright/open concept. You can enjoy the large backyard, entertain on the dock with a fireplace, swim, walk over to explore the sandy beach, take out one of the 5 complimentary kayaks with provided life vests, use the large lily pad, sit by the fire pit, play a game of ping pong, and lots of other fun activates to create the perfect memories with your friends and family.

The Master Bedroom has a King Bed and en-suite bath with a Smart TV. Bunk Bedroom has 2 twin over full bunk beds and a Smart TV. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a connected bathroom into the attached Casita. The Casita is a full 1 bedroom suite with its own entrance or can be accessed through the main house. The Casita has 1 bedroom, shares the bathroom with Bedroom 2, living area with a daybed, Smart TV with complimentary Youtube TV,a kitchenette with a sink, microwave and mini fridge. You can lock the door connecting to bedroom 2 for a fully private experience.
