Check in was easy and Cassandra was great. Bed and pillow were not great. Old school spring mattress where I could feel the coils and the pillows were not supportive. Woke up with my body aching. Besides the bit of dirt/crumbs left by the door and on the counter, the rest of the room was clean. The room was not sound proof at all. We could hear people running around (above us and in the hallway on our floor), yelling, someone was banging on a door at 1130 pm, even just talking outside of our room well past midnight. My husband said kids were running around outside as well at night. We had to sign a paper regarding behaviours because a lot of teams were there that weekend but it doesn't seem like the rules were enforced. Breakfast was standard, oatmeal and egg white rounds were good. We came down right at 7 (when it opened on Sunday) and the tables were already dirty, not sure if they were cleaned from the night before. Unfortunately, don't think I would choose to stay here again.

Very clean room, seemed quite new with all needed amenities. Our 1 complaint was the fighter jet sounding heating/cooling unit. Had to shut it off at night to be able to sleep.
