Close to OKC or Dallas, Lake Texoma is the perfect quick get away from the city for a weekend. Tall trees surround the home on 3 acres. Enjoy the fire pit and a grill (bring your own fire wood and charcoal). There is WIFI and recent updates like all new flooring, granite counter tops, new windows, doors & paint. The property easily sleeps 8. There is a king in the guest bedroom. A queen in the master bedroom and a twin daybed with twin trundle. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There is also 2 queen air mattresses for extra guests. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and plenty of basics. (Pots, pans, coffee pot, toaster, griddle, etc.) The home is 10 minutes from Catfish Bay Marina and equally close to Alberta Creek Marina and the sandy beaches of Lake Texoma on the Oklahoma side. Lake Texoma is known for its Striper fishing and there are many fishing guide services available. There is space to park your boat or trailer during your stay. There are lots of Casino’s to choose from and a beautiful 18-hole golf course that is ranked in the top 3 of courses in Oklahoma.

Pet's are allowed with an additional Pet rental of $50.00.
Rental rate includes 8 adult guests. Additional Adult Guests above 8 are an extra $10 per person per night.

Close to our family reunion. Great place to stay
 Clean, quiet and roomy. Had a great kitchen to prepare my items to take to tge reunion. Great shower when it was time to clean up and quiet for sleeping. Great place, would recommend to everyone.

Good location; price is a bit high for what you get. Spiders, crickets and bugs everywhere inside when we showed up. One side of the home doesn’t cool. Didn’t look like it was cleaned prior to us arriving. Overall, just okay.

Secluded getaway.

Single wide trailer in the woods. This unit is located down a two track trail. It is the last trailer of 3 along the trail. Be prepared to deal with your trash, as the burn barrels are all that are offered. Bringing a large boat was somewhat of an issue, as it had to be turned around in the yard. Would be a wonderful place to kick back away from the crowds.

Great cozy place for any family event

Great size, nice private location, all the cooking supplies we needed were available. Great communication from host. We plan on staying again before summer is over.. plenty of parking for boats and trailers. Cozy beds and plenty of living room space.

Great Home

My son and I were very impressed with this beautiful home. We were very comfortable during our stay, the host replied to us promptly. The home was very clean, and arranged very well. We even got to see a wild turkey in the front yard. We have plans to return. Thanks again to our Host for sharing this home with us.
