Shirley Retreat was absolutely amazing and the service was excellent. I had to stay overnight in Kingston and they made the stay very pleasant and welcoming. I will always pick Shirley retreat when I am staying in Kingston

This was a place booked last miniute for business trip. They went out of there way to ensure that my son did not miss his flight as he missed it the first check out day . He went back directly from the airport after the missed flight and they accomadated him. The security was sent to do the wake up call the next day. Security on property and reliable staff. Would definitely recommend this place.

I like everything it peaceful and quiet and the security guard is very understandable and very professional. For some reasons I think he is the manager because he is so spectacular, lots of respect to the teams aswell. The room was always fresh and clean.
