Very cozy home

Wonderful place to stay! Very nice, clean, updated, & inviting home! Only suggestion I would have is that the home and all ac units are set on sensors and won’t run with doors open! Very irritating to be laying in bedroom relaxing and can’t converse with ur spouse in the kitchen because the door has to be shut in order for the ac to operate, the bathroom is extremely hot & uncomfortable because there is no ac going to it. And everytime you leave the home the air shuts completely off and it takes a long time to cool it back down when u come back. While I understand being frugile, thought this was a bit extreme. If those settings were changed, the home would be 100% perfect!

Very Nice house but needed air conditioner in the living room/kitchen area. Mr.Seymour was very responding when we called regarding any problems and fixed right away. I would stay there again. Regards BJ DeSilva

We enjoyed our stay at the Royal Villa. It was nicely appointed as pictured, centrally located and in a safe gated community. Mr. Seymour was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Good experience overall.

My experience

The location was prime for me with relatively easy access to places, both close by and far away within the area. The amenities, cleanliness and home comfort have me rated this place as one of the nicest I have ever stayed in. Mr. Seymour Gordon was very accommodating he made sure we had everything we needed, he went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. The area was very quiet and the property was maintained daily. In this case, it is the reason why I highly recommend this location and will come back, given the opportunity.
