Location: about 7 minutes to the Millennium Railway and 2 minutes to the golf course Nassfeld

Our mill is a lovingly furnished apartment with a size of about 60 square meters for 4 (- 5) people. It has a high quality kitchen with a sunny south-facing terrace. The apartment is fully furnished and meets today's modern requirements.
It has:

1 bathroom with whirlpool and shower
1 kitchen (kitchenette incl. Stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster) with a cozy dining area and 49 inch TV

Precise description:
Our high quality modern apartment is located in Krieben / Kirchbach in the Gail Valley, 7 km from the Nassfeld Ski Area and 20 km from Lake Pressegger See. The house is very quiet on a side street about 2 km from Kirchbach and is ideal for nature lovers. Wi-Fi and private parking are free. A ski bus stop can be reached directly below the apartment on the main road (about 500m).
Also at the Millennium Bahn you will find plenty of parking with a shuttle bus and a large ski depot.
The property has a large, fully equipped kitchen with a cozy dining area and a large flat-screen satellite TV. Direct access to the large wooden terrace with barbecue. The bathroom is equipped with a whirlpool bath and a shower. Separate toilet!
The apartment has two separate bedrooms, each with a 1.80m wide double bed, the larger bedroom also includes a pull-out couch. All linen (sheets, towels, kitchen towels) is available.
Ski storage and ski boot dryer available. You are also welcome to park your mountain bikes etc in the basement or in the barn.
Restaurants and grocery stores can be reached within 3 minutes by car. After Hermagor drive about 10 minutes.
Many hiking and cycling trails are nearby. The 18-hole Gailtal golf course in Waidegg is just a stone's throw away.
Preference will be given to bookings from Saturday to Saturday!

Entspannung pur mit Bergblick

Wir suchten Entspannung in der Ruhe und fanden sie in dieser feinen FeWo, welche uns mit ihrer angenehmen KĂŒhle nach der Gluthitze (34 Grad) herrlich entspannen ließ. Der Blick aufs Nassfeld ist herrlich und verĂ€ndert sich stĂ€ndig. Die Gastfamilie ist sehr herzlich. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub!

Super verblijf

Mooi appartement met ruime kamers. Van alle luxe en gemakken voorzien. In de buurt zat vertier van Nassfeldpas met diverse kabelbanen, wandelgebieden, meren ( Weissensee & Pressegersee ). Tegenover het appartement een golfbaan. Italie om de hoek. De verhuurders hebben diverse tips om te doen/ondernemen. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Komen hier graag nog eens een keer terug!

Super vakantiewoning

Erg smaakvol en modern ingerichte vakantiewoning inclusief alle voorzieningen om een top vakantie te hebben. Elke ochtend werden we wakker met een prachtig uitzicht over het dal. Heerlijk buiten ontbijten en s’avonds je BBQ aansteken op je eigen terras. Woning staat in een mooie rustige omgeving met supermarkt en restaurants op 3 min. afstand. Erg lieve en enthousiaste eigenaren die je graag tips geven over de mooie omgeving. Een omgeving waar genoeg te doen is, helemaal als je van wandelen, klimmen of watersport houdt. Maar ook s’winters kan het hier erg mooi zijn met het skigebied Nassfeld voor de deur. Wij hebben in ieder geval genoten van de dagen dat we hier waren en komen graag nog eens terug! .

Moderne Ferienwohnung mit toller Aussicht

Die liebevoll sanierte Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub braucht. Sie liegt ruhig am Waldrand, der nĂ€chste Ort mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants ist nur einen Kilometer entfernt. Von der gemĂŒtlichen Terrasse hat man einen tollen Ausblick auf das Tal und die umliegenden Berge. In der nĂ€heren Umgebung sind zahlreiche Wanderziele in kurzer Entfernung zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in dieser schönen Wohnung. Die Vermieter sind bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar.
