Please understand that smoking is not allowed inside. Ashtrays are provided on the terrace.



Unfortunately, pets are not permitted.



Your arrival can be arranged flexibly by prior agreement, depending on previous bookings. Departure should be by 10 a.m.



The house is on one level and, except for the basement, accessible by a standard-width wheelchair. The bathroom features grab bars, a toilet and shower chair, and a small ramp for the shower. Please note that some doors are only about 79 cm wide.
