Beautiful Hungarian Retreat suitable for Families

Set in 6 acres of unspoilt woodland this beautifully renovated 5 bedroom house with swimming pool is the perfect place to unwind. This wonderful rural setting is the perfect vantage point for woodland walks, cycling, carriage driving, wildlife and bird watching. Within a 10 minute drive are local shops and restaurants and the world renowned Bugac Puszta trek riding centre with restaurant. The property has 3 double bedrooms, 2 further bedrooms both with 2 single beds plus 3 bathrooms in the main house. There is also a pool house with a kitchen, toilet and shower room, pool table, table football plus a mezzanine area where further people can sleep.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this lovely rustic property near Kiskunfelegyhaza. The large swimming pool was a huge bonus and the springboard was used a lot by the younger members of our party. We had a great day in Budapest-Hungarian public transport is amazing. There are shops and restaurants within easy reach. We recommend the Rose Garden for service and quality of food

The property was set in a nice location but the description of the holiday was nothing like the pool was nice but there was no air-conditioning which was a must in the heat we had no hot tub and not cleaned from the previous guest there was food in the cooker dred to think how long that was in there it nearly made me sick from the smell

Lijkt mooier dan het is.

Je wordt begroet door Chris een heel vriendelijke man . Hij laat het huis zien en zegt dat alles heel schoon is. Maar dat is echt niet zo het huis is echt niet schoon. In de omschrijving staat dat er airco in is maar dat is niet waar en heeft er ook nooit ingezeten zo te zien. Op de foto's ziet het huis er netjes uit maar binnen is het slecht onderhouden, kranen komt minimaal water uit en wat er uit komt spetterd alle kanten op. Bedden zijn ook niet best . Het grote zwembad is geweldig en redelijk onderhouden. Ook heel fijn met kinderen is de speelhal met biljart. Ook een heel groot buiten terrein waar kinderen ongestoord kunnen spelen .

Erholsamer Urlaub in traumhafter Lage mit kleinen Mankos

Wir haben einen traumhaften Urlaub genossen. Wir wurden von Chris, dem Verwalter herzlich empfangen. Er hat uns alles erklĂ€rt und war auch tĂ€glich zum Check up vor Ort. Alles was man fĂŒr einen Urlaub braucht ist vor Ort. Der große Pool und das Poolhaus mit Billiardtisch und Fußballkicker sind das Highlight. Wir haben AusflĂŒge nach Szeged, Budapest und auch dem Balaton unternommen. Lebensmittel gibt es im 1 km entfernten ABC oder im 8 km entfernten Tesco oder Lidl. Unsere Empfehlung ist der Bauernmarkt im Ort immer Freitags ab 6.00 Uhr. Einziges Manko-die Sauerberkeit, vor allem in der KĂŒche. Außerdem sollte man vornweg wissen, dass das Haus ist sehr lĂ€ndlich liegt. Dadurch gibt es jede Menge Ameisen und Co. Wir haben jedoch Köder in der Drogerie gekauft und fertig. Wir haben uns trotzdem sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und kommen gern wieder.

Super Domizil

Wir waren nun zum 3. mal dort und sind immer wieder sehr zufrieden. Alles sauber, viel Platz, damit man sich auch mal aus dem Weg gehen kann ;-) und ein riesiger Pool, der tief genug fĂŒr KopfsprĂŒnge ist, da freuen sich die Kids. Lidl ist knappe 5km entfernt, mit Auto also schnell erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder und haben schon fĂŒr nĂ€chstes Jahr gebucht.

Urlaub mit frĂŒherer Abreise

Wir hatten uns auf einen entspannten Urlaub mit unseren Hunden gefreut und sind leider sehr enttĂ€uscht worden. Klar ist, dass man nicht den identischen Standard wie in Deutschland erwarten kann. Was uns jedoch geschockt hat war die enorme Verschmutzung im Haus. Rasierer vom VorgĂ€nger in der Dusche, Geschirr verdreckt im Regal, Böden alle schmutzig, Pool dreckig und trĂŒb, GeschirrspĂŒler defekt, KĂŒhlschrank verschimmelt, Fliegendreck und Spinnen ĂŒberall. Da wir Selbstversorger waren mussten wir selber kochen was allerdings nicht möglich war, da kein einziger Topf oder Pfanne verwendet werden konnte, da entweder defekt oder enorm verschmutzt. Zwar wurde uns am 1.Tag versprochen, dass alles behoben wird aber passiert ist tatsĂ€chlich nichts und anstelle eines versprochenen Putzteams kam der Hausmeister selber und hat 10min den vollkommen verdreckten Ofen geputzt. Der Pool war trĂŒb und dreckig und als BegrĂŒdungen dafĂŒr kamen nur diverse Ausreden. Schlussendlich und nach sehr unfreundlichen Nachrichten der Besitzern wurde uns dann vorgeworfen wir hĂ€tten absichtlich alles verdreckt und unsere Hunde hĂ€tten den Pool benutzt. Das alles innerhalb 3 Tagen. Unfassbar was man sich als Gast hier bieten lassen musste. Wir sind nach 3 Tagen abgereist nachdem der Hausmeister uns dann beobachtet hat und wir uns anschreien lassen mussten. Wir haben keinen Luxus erwartet aber im Urlaub mehrere Stunden damit zu verbringen alles zu putzen hat nichts mit Erholung zu tun. Das Haus an sich ist eigentlich schön und auch die Umgebung ist toll. Alles andere lĂ€sst leider zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig. Uns wurde dank FeWo ein Teil der Kosten gutgeschrieben da wir alles mit Fotos dokumentiert hatten. Einmal und nie wieder.

Nice villa in a peaceful area

All communications with owners and the housekeeper were easy and replies came fast. Villa was exactly as in the pictures, a cosy country villa. If you are looking for a Scandinavian look, this is not for you. But for a relaxed stay with nice outdoor opportunities, this is a good option. And compared to some locations, the road leading to this villa is super + grocery stores etc. aren’t too far.

schöne lÀndliche Umgebung

Ein großes Haus und ein Poolhaus laden zum Baden ein. Das Haus bietet auch fĂŒr eine große Familie viel Platz . Es gibt 4 oder 5 Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock und 2 BĂ€der. Allerdings fehlt hier die KLIMAANLAGE. Auch wenn sie in der Beschreibung steht es gibt keine. Das Haus hat ein Naturdach, was ein bisschen WĂ€rme draußen lĂ€sst. Wenn man einen ungestörten, ruhigen Urlaub machen möchte ist man hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Die Sauberkeit ist ein anderes Thema. Unseren Standard erfĂŒllte es leider nicht. Sehr viele Spinnweben im Haus. Der Pool ist riesig einfach toll, aber leider ist die Pumpe meistens aus. Man muss den Pool erst sĂ€ubern bevor man ihn benutzt. (BlĂ€tter und Insekten raus). Am Tag der Ankunft gab es einige Pannen die aber der Mann vor Ort am nĂ€chsten Tag soweit möglich behob. Alles in allem ein ruhiger Urlaub den ich mir ein bisschen anders vorgestellt hatte. Ein zweites Mal werden wir es aber nicht buchen.

Traumurlaub in Ungarn

Wir konnte eine wunderbare Zeit in Ungarn verbringen. Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr ruhig und hat ein riesiges GrundstĂŒck. Es stört niemand und man ist hier wirklich alleine ohne weitere GĂ€ste. Wir können das Ferienhaus bedenkenlos empfehlen und haben uns schon vorgenommen nĂ€chstes Jahr wieder zu kommen.

Riesengroßer Grund mit wunderschönen Garten und gepflegtem Pool. Ideal fĂŒr eine große Gruppe, die Auszeit und Ruhe sucht. Im Poolhaus steht ein Billardtisch und Tischfußball zu VerfĂŒgung. Sehr nette Leute und gastfreundliche BegrĂŒĂŸung. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefĂŒhlt!

Perfect family reunion

This house has everything a multi generational family needs for a wonderful relaxing vacation. We are four families (grandparents and adult children with grandchildren). Each had a bedroom. The only downside was the super small size of two of the bed rooms. The house itself is big and with its three bathrooms (and one in the pool house) enough room for everyones needs. A big table provided room for 9 people. The kitchen was well equipped and we had a dishwasher (lifesaver with 9 people). The washing machine broke on the first day but got exchanged within three days! Thank you, Kris! The pool was clean and well cared of and there were plenty of pool lounger, chairs and sunshades. The kids enjoyed playing pool or table-soccer in the pool house. There was an extra fridge in the pool house which was awesome to have cool drinks. Kris, the manager, was always super helpful and easy to contact with any questions we had. Thank you! The area around the house is beautiful with plenty of trails to go on walks. The town nearby is wonderful. We only had one critic on that house and that was the cleanliness. We’ve spent some time after arriving to clean the bathrooms and kitchen. The curtains are extremely dirty. We found a lot of clothes in the dressers and wardrobes so there wasn’t room to store or hang up own clothes. My parents just threw out the other clothes to make themselves room but we others just lived out of our suitcase. Besides these issues, we truly enjoyed our stay and we honestly hope to come back one day. It was wonderful!

Viel Platz und Ruhe - empfehlenswert

Das Haus ist sehr schön gemacht. Pool ist grĂ¶ĂŸer, als je in einem Ferienhaus erlebt (Nachts mit Beleuchtung). Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, wir waren 2 Wochen völlig ungestört. Im Poolhaus gibt es einen Billiardtisch, an dem wir umsonst spielen konnten. FĂŒr den Kicker hĂ€tten wir zahlen mĂŒssen, haben wir aber nicht genutzt. Die KĂŒche ist seht groß, gut eingerichtet. SpĂŒlmaschine und Waschmaschine waren vorhanden. Es gibt 5 Schlafzimmer. Eins davon hat kein eigenes Fenster. Zu einem anderen Schlafzimmer gehört der Balkon, wie auf dem Photo zu sehen. Das war sehr nett. Das Haus ist immer schön kĂŒhl geblieben, was in der Hitze fantastisch war. Der Garten ist riesig. Ist nur von 2 Seiten umzĂ€unt. Aufgrund der GrĂ¶ĂŸe des Gartens war das aber kein Problem. Wir hatten einen Hund mit und er hat sich mit unserem GrundstĂŒck begnĂŒgt, ist nie abgehauen. Wegen der Hitze haben wir die Umgebung nur minimal erforscht. Die nĂ€chstgelegene Stadt ist KiskunfĂ©legyhĂĄza. Ist eine sehr nette, kleine Stadt. Wir konnten gut einkaufen, waren gut essen usw. Nach Szeged hatten wir einen schönen Ausflug gemacht. Ópusztaszer und Bugac waren auch nett zu besichtigen. Die Landschaft ist einzigartig, die geschichtlichen SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten zeigen vielmehr die Zeit von vor 800 Jahren. Die Gegend ist nicht vergleichbar mit Budapest oder Balaton. Es ist ruhig, platt, großflĂ€chig. Interessant zu sehen. Die ganze Umgebung - Haus, Garten, Pool war sehr sehr gut. Wird können es nur empfehlen. Das Einzige, was uns etwas gestört hat, waren die BĂ€der. Sie sind sehr einfach gemacht, fĂŒr uns waren sie gewöhnungsbedĂŒrftig. Ich glaube, in Ungarn ist es aber Standard, man muss es so hinnehmen. Aber ansonsten ist das Haus mit dem Pool, dem riesigen Garten einfach nur emphlenswert.

Super vakantiehuis

Het vakantiehuis voldeed perfect aan de verwachtingen en de foto's. Het grote zwembad was super om met de kinderen te spelen. Ook de tweede keuken in het poolhouse zorgde ervoor dat we steeds alles bij de hand hadden bij het zwembad. Het grote domein zorgt voor een fantastische rust en nodigt uit tot spelen. Zeker een aanrader voor wie rust en ruimte zoekt.

Paradise!

This incredible and beautiful property has everything you could possibly want: swimming pool, pool house with pool table and table football, football pitch, acres of land to enjoy, and plenty of rooms and beds to fit people in. The setting is simply stunning, in the middle of the tranquil countryside and so easy to get to with train or car (just over 1hr drive from Budapest). Thank you to Kris and Eleanor for everything.

The villa is situated in a quiet, calm place, about 10 minutes drive from the highway. The villa is clean and has lovely views. It is a big property.. The swimming-pool is gorgeous and just the right temperature. After a busy day to visit , it is fantastic to relax and prepare for the next day in an environment like this. Either you visit Kesckemet, Bugacs, Czeged..., either you stay and relax in the villa. All in all a very good holiday !!!
