Great location and property

Great Villa. Walking distance from several bars, restaurants & supermarket for essentials. Bigger supermarket is a 10 minute drive away. Make sure you catch the sunset

Lovely villa in a beautiful, peaceful location, great views and sunsets. A couple of small supermarkets and a good butchers are 5 min walk away. Some great restaurants close by, Sunset Breeze down the street towards the sea is excellent, also Cambana tavern in Kissonerga village (20 min walk) do a fabulous meze, so much food we brought some home for the next days dinner. Bus stops for Coral bay and Pathos are 5-10 min walk away and the service is good and very regular. The sofa in the lounge area is not the same as the photo’s and the sofa was tired and a bit uncomfortable, also the garden sofa and chairs set could do with replacing. The pool is a great size, good for swimming or just dipping in to cool off and kept very clean, there are many comfortable sunbeds round the pool. Communication with Michael the owner was excellent, any questions or issues before we were arrived and during our stay were answered and dealt with promptly.

Lovely views, brilliant location. Very clean bathrooms. Kitchen could have been cleaner e.g. cooker cleaned, microwave cleaned. Swimming pool perfect. Would highly recommend, especially with a car. The only negative, wasn't aware air conditioning was going to cost us more if needed on arrival.

Fabulous Villa & area to stay

The villa was really lovely and very private. Clean with spacious rooms and good en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. The outside area with gorgeous pool and barbecue was perfect. The sunbeds provided were very comfortable and the pool a good size. There was plenty of space for 7 adults. Such a relaxing place.Michael, the villa’s owner, and his family were so friendly and helpful. The pool was cleaned and rubbish collected regularly. Two supermarkets, a great butcher’s, beach bars and restaurants were a few minutes walk away. Vardas Seacret restaurant was fabulous. The bus service to Pathos & Coral Bay was excellent.The golf at Eleas & Minthis was also thoroughly enjoyed.We are already planning to return next year.
