Beautiful 4-bedroom home with swimming pool in a peaceful, country-like setting in Waterloo, Ontario, home to universities, great schools and close to Toronto. Ideal for visiting academics, professionals new to town, or families renovating. Our stylish yet comfortable home has a family room with large bay window and piano; a sunroom overlooking the green backyard with gardens, deck, in-ground pool, and trampoline; and a cosy study with a wood-burning fireplace. The large dining room is a standout and also has a wood-burning fireplace for cosy family meals in the winter. Upstairs are 4 large bedrooms, including a primary bedroom with sitting area an ensuite bathroom. The basement has a rec room and 5th bedroom and workout area. There is even a small hill in the backyard that is a little toboggan hill in the winter for kids! There is high-speed internet/WiFi throughout the house, and three TVs. There is laundry in the mudroom with a washer and dryer. Bikes for all ages are available to enjoy. The house is in a highly sought-after neighbourhood for its tall trees and tranquility, yet only a 15-minute walk to the Mall, parks, skating rink, sledding hill, bakery, and more. There is a two-car garage and parking for 4 cars. Ideally, we're looking for a family to enjoy the home for a six-month stay, from January to June 2026.
