Clean property to stay at for a wedding at Whistle Bear

The property was clean, though not the best maintained (both towel rack/toilet roll holder were falling of the wall, marks all over the walls, hole in the wall where a door knob went through prior to installing the door stop currently there, front door lock doesn't seem to actually work though the code was right). It's still a new development as other reviews state so no neighbourhood in the immediate vicinity. I had to call the host an hour before our check in time as they still hadn't sent check in details. And though I was told was could get into the property 30 minutes early, there was a person cleaning there for 20 mins past the agreed to check in. Maybe they forgot we were coming that day? Not totally sure.The beds were comfortable and one of the bathrooms conveniently had two separate sinks and countertops with mirrors, and a separate water closet with toilet and bath. This was cheaper than reserving 3 separate hotel rooms and served our purpose, but definitely not one of those places you'd think of as a "cute spot". Our stay was generally comfortable and convenient.

Great Stay

First time using VRBO. Host was very responsive and attentive to needs especially travelling with a toddler. It has a Keurig and pods supplied but Keurig does not work properly. Other than that a great stay by all. Thank you

In the area for a wedding

Nice spot close to Whistle Bear where the wedding was. Had to call to get the access but he responded quickly. Couldn’t get the AC to work properly but that could have been us. The place was clean and as described.

A comfortable house

The house is a beautiful set up. All 4 bedrooms were great, the beds were very comfortable, the house was very clean. As you walk in off to the left is a weird room where they have a couch and chair but where the tv is just off the kitchen is a couch with a lounger. Not really handy for 4 or more people if you gather in that area or want to watch tv as it is the only room with a tv. There were only 2 hand towels, 2 bath towels per room and no face cloths for a stay of three days. I did contact the owner but only received a response late on our second day.

Great stay

House is new and clean. Stayed for work with others and there was plenty of room. Once construction in the neighborhood is complete it will be better but for one or two nights, it’s all we needed at a reasonable price.

Relaxing Residence

A team of four stayed at this residence for a work project just outside of Cambridge. We stayed for three weeks (check-in Monday and out on Thursday). The condition of the property is impeccable. My staff had every convenience they needed and felt very relaxed after a day of working outside in cold and windy temperatures. It was truly a home away from home.

amazing experience at this property! house is very clean and brand new, only complaint is that they are still doing construction on the rest of the area so it was a little noisy waking up in the morning. would definitely come back again!!

Great place

We overnighted here, the neighborhood is under construction so lots of construction noise and mess around the house. Communication was perfect and no issues with the place itself, would stay again, but bring your own oillows
