Accommodating up to 8 guests. The villa features three bedrooms—two upstairs and one downstairs—as well as a loft with two single beds. Each bedroom is equipped with a double bed and ample storage space, ensuring both comfort and practicality for your stay.

As you step into the villa, you`ll notice the luxury and spaciousness. The kitchen is equipped to the highest standards. Top-of-the-line appliances provide excellent facilities for preparing delicious meals. Location: Experience an exquisite and high-quality furnished villa located in Utsuvaara, Levi, offering breathtaking views. The cottage is located in a peaceful place, bordering a natural park and providing unobstructed views from Levitunturi and a partial view of the Ounasjoki valley.
Final cleaning is included in the reservation, so you can relax and focus on enjoying your holiday.
However, we kindly ask you to take care of the following before departure:

• Please take the rubbish to the designated waste bins
• Place used dishes in the dishwasher and start the machine
• When checking out, please leave the ski lift tickets on the kitchen table so they are ready for the next guests.
Kindly note that any missing ski lift tickets will be charged a €100 replacement fee per ticket.
