If you enjoy lounging poolside all day, kicking your feet up, laying back in a beach chair, going sightseeing or cooking for a group, then 123 Beach Therapy is the place to be. A great room, kitchen, and dining area are located on the top level and offer an open concept that allows you and your group to start and finish each day sharing all the memories made. The kitchen is well equipped and the chef will love whipping up some favorite meals for everyone. The lower level rec room offers entertainment with a pool table and TV. A mid-level den offers a TV and wet bar with a mini-fridge and deck access.
Jump in your private pool for a refreshing dip or soak in the hot tub for some great relaxation after a fun-filled day. With seven bedrooms everyone will find the perfect spot to end the day to relax and get ready for the next day's adventures.

Beach Access: Head east out of the driveway down Dune Road. Public access to the beach is at the end of the street.

No Smoking/Vaping. Dog Friendly - 2 Dogs Maximum Allowed. Dogs allowed for an additional per pet fee. The fireplace is not operational. Private pools open Easter through Columbus Day.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.

Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
