Just a short walk to the beach which was great, not crowded the entire week, maybe 4 families shared a 100 yards of beach. The house was very well kept, clean and comfortable. The only ding was the corner of the top deck and windows outside the living room needs to be cleaned more often since it collects a lot of dead bugs (mosquito and gnats). The rest of the house is very clean that area either naturally catches a lot of bugs due to the prevailing wind or gets little to no attention by the cleaning services. We are a family of six (kids in early twenties) and our daughter (19) had two friends join us for part of the week and we had plenty of space, kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes. There is no ice maker for the refrigerator, not a big deal, just noting to plan to get some bagged ice.The 250 credit with Vaykak for beach supplies is nice, we used it for bikes we brought our own chairs a umbrellas/shibimi. If you donât bring your own beach gear you will need to use the credit for gear since thereâs none at the house. Outside shower has lots of hooks which is a nice touch since some places we have rented do not and this is a small touch that is overlooked. The communications the week prior to our arrival was informative and timely so we basically just showed up and made ourselves at home, same when it came time to leave, everything went very smoothly regarding checking in and out.
