Fell short in a few important areasWe Recently stayed at this vacation house and overall it worked for our trip, but there were some area that could use improvement The House itself was spacious and accommodated our needs well. The kitchen, however was overcrowded with cookware and utensils, leaving very little space to sore groceries. The View and beach access were not quite as advertised. The listing mentions "20 steps to the beach" but in reality it was closer to 40 steps after climbing a 30 foot sand dune. The dune also blocked much of the ocean view. You could see the ocean not the beach and very little waves. Amenities were hit or miss. The Tv in the main living area did not work, and dispite reaching out to both the host and the rental management company (multiple times), the issue was never resolved. The pool was much smaller than pictured, and several tiles were missing, which made it less appealing than expected. There were broken Chairs left in the volley ball area. On the positive side, the location was convenient for shopping, and while the house is on a road that you have to cross to get to the beach , Traffic was not bad with a 35mph Limit. With Some updates, better accuracy in the listing, and more attentive management, this could be a fantastic rental. As it stand, it met our basic needs but fell short in a few import areas.
