Just the right size for a small family or couple's retreat. This ocean-front development is steps away from the beach and located within walking distance to the many shops and restaurants that the historic town of Duck has to offer. Start your day off watching the sun rise over the Atlantic from your private deck or enjoy a quiet meal, Al Fresco, prepared in your kitchen loaded with all the essentials after a busy day. Community amenities include an outdoor shower and restroom, pool, playground, tennis courts, basketball court, charcoal grills with a courtyard area that includes picnic tables. There are also coin-operated laundry facilities located under each building.
