Sea-U-Later!: 820 Ft to Beach Access; Private Pool, Hot Tub

Leave the hectic world behind when you discover Sea-U-Later in Duck, nestled among live oaks and just a short stroll to the Ocean Crest's neighborhood beach access. Not only is the location perfect, but the home includes a private pool in a secluded backyard with a hot tub and outdoor shower. You'll love the coastal feel, the generous floor plan, 3 of the 5 bedrooms are master suites with cable TV and each of the 3 levels has a lounge area. [Note: No dogs or other animals are allowed in this home.]

Beds: 2 King Masters, 1 Queen Master, 2 Twin Beds, 2 Bunk Bed Sets; 12 Towel Sets provided

TOP LEVEL:
Located on the top level is a Great Room with a cathedral ceiling, a living area with flat-screen TV, dining area (seats 8), kitchen island (seats 4) and the newly renovated kitchen. A King Master Suite with private deck access, shower and soaking tub. Guests have access to the top sun deck with picnic table. There is a half bath on this floor. [Note: gas fireplace is not available for guest use.]

MID LEVEL:
This level has two master suites: one King and one Queen plus a bedroom with 2 Twin beds that a hall bath (shower/tub combo). All bedrooms have access to covered decks, facing either towards the front or the back of the house. This level also has a sitting area with deck access.

GROUND LEVEL:
There is one bedroom with 2 Bunk Bed sets and a large bathroom with shower/tub combo. The laundry area is nearby and there is exterior access to the outside pool (16' x 36') and a hot tub. There is also a large Lounge area with a mini-fridge as a great place to relax while being close to the outside pool patio. There is parking for 3-4 vehicles in the driveway.

EXTRAS:
On the west side of the neighborhood, across Duck Road, there are community amenities available which include a pool and tennis courts that also have lines for playing pickleball.

end of summer family get away

we had an enjoyable visit to duck with the whole family, our granddaughter went to the beach fir the first time. she was heaitant about the sand and water but enjoyed the attention and pop up tent. the pool was a hit for all and the adults loved the hot tub. grilling was easy and the location to the beach, the tien of Duck and shipping were great. We would llove to come bsck

Great week at the beach

Overall this was a great property. There was plenty of space for all 10 of us to spread out. The kitchen and living area is on the top floor (3 flights of stairs). We had grandparents and that was occasionally a lot for them. The only way to get to the pool was from the ground floor which was not ideal. Again, overall it was a great stay and would recommend it to others.

Very nice, well-equipped house in an excellent location. Good living space. Couple of hundred yards to a lovely ocean beach (description says no beach chairs or umbrella, but they were there). Pool was clean, good sized, and stocked with pool toys. Gas Grill not especially large but worked well. Furniture was reasonably 'fresh.' "Downtown" Duck is very close. It's 32 steps to the main level, but worth the climb!

A wonderful family vacation

We had a wonderful stay in Duck at Sea -U-Later. The home was lovely with plenty of room for 5 young boys! Our arrival was seamless and the home was well cleaned and organized. The kitchen is well stocked. The pool and hot tub were put to good use! The walk to the beach was easy. We were there during Hurricane Debby but still managed plenty of pool and beach time. Great location with private backyard

Great house, everything was well thought out and the decor was great. Best part was the back yard/pool. With the trees, you felt secluded. Did not feel as if the neighbors were right on top of you. Trees creTed lots of privacy. Short walk to the beach. Would stay again.

Just a few things to check on before your next rental. There is a mold like odor in a few areas .The kitchen both corner rotating shelves. The extractor fan in the first level master bedroom. Water draining slow from sink in the wash room area. Knob on the cabinet door in wash room. We thoroughly enjoyed the home we would do it again Thank you
