**THIS WAS NOT A 5 STAR HOUSE. Would not recommend. Rating: 1 star.
Overall the Thanksgiving week with family was fun. The house size was MORE than adequate.Upon arriving, I noticed that the house was not cleaned properly. I alerted the management company that cosmetic pads were left in the master, and their intake in the kitchen was extremely dusty. As we were leaving to go shopping there was a water main issue. Water was flowing toward the house. A neighbor called the city water, and they came out and fixed it. In the mean time, Sarah called to offer either an upgrade or compensation because we hadnât heard whether or not the water issue could be remedied. I said letâs wait and see. She said sheâd get in touch with me. Thatâs been 12 days!!! Crickets! No upgrade, no compensation no phone call⊠NOTHING. I had text her 3 days after checking out, told her about the cleanliness issues and added that were crumbs in the silverware drawer and broken glass under couch. Still nothing. I also mentioned that the linen fee didnât need to be listed separately. Hotels donât do it. I thought 10 for 1 towel, hand towel and washcloth was a âbit muchâ and ânit pickyâ. In my text to her I offered to âforegoâ the compensation (as we did enjoy the house) if she wouldnât mind some constructive âcriticismâ. Still no communication. Iâm not a neat freak but communication is the âkeyâ. We enjoyed our stay, the house, the area but not sure I would use this property management company if they wouldnât answer my text.
