Family Beach Vacation

So impressed with the house! Easy to checkin. Beautiful interior, clean and inviting. Great space for our family to gather and enjoy all the amnities. Many extra perks : well stocked kitchen to make & serve meals for a crowd. Beautiful decks off all levels which we enjoyed! Kid friendly & safe. We loved the pool and enjoyed all the extra floaties provided. Just a short walk to beach uncrowded, clean & beautiful! Brian our host was so responsive to any questions we had . Made our stay even better. The amenities were awesome. Definitely a great place for large family stay!

Duck 2025

This is a great home for a vacation with more than enough room for the seven of us. The pool, pool table and the beach close by made days enjoyable. The elevator made life easier for the two who needed it. Duck is a nice town to visit with a lot going on.

Wonderful hous

We had such a great time with family at this house. It was spacious and had everything we needed. I love baking, and the kitchen was fully equipped. There was so much for my teenagers to do; they loved the pool table. The host was wonderful and very communicative. It is a very short walk to the beach and the bay. Overall, we had a great time and will consider this house next time we visit NC.

Perfect place for our family to reunite.. The elevator was a big plus for us. Short Walk to Beach in morning.. Pool in the afternoon ... Grilling up our dinners... but definitely enjoyed the local restaurants... Do not miss Duck Donuts! Wild Horse Tour worth the $$. Walk to sound for sunsets....

Great house to be in with Family!

Great house to stay in. Kitchen fully equipped! Even had muffin tins (I never expected them so I took my own). Also had a 1 egg frying pan which my Grandson really liked. Also well equipped for little people - crib, two highchairs, and a gate across the stairs on the upper level. The pool was a lot of fun Great grandsons and adults had a good time playing in it. Easy to get to the beach and across the main road to the sound. Turn right at main road and you had a Harris Teeter so we didn't have to go into Duck and all the traffic. Couple of small things that I called the owner about and he was going to check on them - little dirty around the wall around the pool and two of the lounges were broken.

Great place!

Great place to stay. The house was very clean and spacious for our group of 7 adults and 7 kids ages 4 months to 15 years old. Everyone loved the pool and hot tub and it was easy walking distance to the beach and sound. Thank you for sharing your home.

Bachelorette Relaxing Trip

We rented this property for a relaxing trip with my daughter's bridesmaids. The property was absolutely perfect! It was exactly what we needed. The property and location are beautiful. It is exactly as described. Duck is a quaint town away from the hustle and bustle of most of the Outer Banks (at least when we went). It is a wonderful place to spend a week or weekend. If you want to go to the Outer Banks, go to Duck and rent this property!

The property is beautiful with an updated well equipped kitchen. The exterior needed some landscaping TLC. Pillows need to be replaced. The best part of our experience was the availability of the property owner and his immediate responses to our questions and concerns. Thank you!

Property was very clean and ready when we arrived. Well equipped for a family group. Instructions for appliances, locks etc. complete. Adequate parking. Pool was great and we enjoyed it several times. Nice to have it on site. I was concerned because our group included a young child. Happy to find that the pool fence was good and the latch was not withing reach of young children. One issue with AC that Mr. Harding responded to immediately. Highly recommended.

Beautiful home

This was a beautiful and spacious home that was child friendly. The home was clean except for the range. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms was great for our extended family. The pool and covered deck area was perfect for the teens. Access to the beach was a short walk on a quiet private road. The private beach was more crowded than we thought it would be. The bike path is on a very busy road. The small town of Duck has many small shops which we enjoyed browsing. The only accessible boat ramp was 25 minutes away which was disappointing. Overall a nice vacation.

Fantastic week at Sunkissed!

I have stayed at several houses at the OBX, and I really loved this one. It is so well set up and well-stocked! The elevator and 3rd floor master was amazing for my parents and it was such a short walk (4-5 minutes) to the beach. The pool was open for early April, and it's a nice sized pool and a great hot tub. Plus only a couple miles north of the main shopping/restaurant area in Duck. The bedrooms all have an attached bathroom and everything is really nice but not stuffy so you feel like you can't relax. We all agreed we would totally come back! Thanks Warren!

Duck vacay with family

The house was everything I hoped for. The elevator worked perfect, enough bedrooms for everyone, very clean, lots of toys ( sand and inside) and great kitchen! Only suggestion, have more than a couple dish towels and rags! I am not doing laundry while on vacation! Thanks for the memories at Duck!

Wonderful family house

Wonderful family home that really feels like home. Every amenity was at the house that you needed. We had very young children and this house had everything they needed which was amazing. The cleanliness of the home couldn’t have been better. The walk to beach was short and very easy.

This beautiful house was a perfect getaway for our family with ages ranging from 12 to over 80. Between the short walk to the beach, the pool and hot tub, the elevator, the bedrooms with bathrooms, we had a great time!
