Top Floor – Open-Concept Living with Ocean Views

The top floor brings everyone together. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and an island with bar seating. A dining area seats six, and the lounge offers a smart TV for evening downtime. Step out onto the deck to take in sweeping ocean vistas from the outdoor lounge seating or dine al fresco with the sea as your backdrop—this is where you'll want to be for every sunrise.

Second Floor – Two Bedrooms, Each with an Ensuite

Primary Bedroom: King bed, private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, plus generous closet space and a TV.

Very nice unit for a couple. Bathrooms are small but very clean. Stairs would be a challenge for older adults and small children as main living area is on the 3rd floor. Numeric keypad made getting into the property a breeze.

First Time in OBX! :)

The host was very responsive and friendly! The place was so peaceful and we LOVED how pet friendly it is - lots of grassy areas for our fur baby to use the bathroom and doggie bags around the complex to use! Walking distance to the beach! Would highly recommend this house to anyone! Thank you for the hospitality!
