Rooms were clean and spacious. The pool and onsite laundry were super convenient. Easy walk to downtown shopping. There's a big park nearby along Lake Ewauna where you can launch boats. The Waffle Hut restaurant right next door is perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The waffles were bomb. I would definitely stay here again. Only downside is 4pm check in, kind of late compared to other hotels.

Great and attentive service

I arrived to very friendly staff who got me and my dog checked in. When I got to the room I noticed the door jam was loose. I unlocked the door and the flipper lock was broken. I wasn't feeling secure about this and went to the front desk to see if I could change rooms. He said they were fully booked up but maintenance man Nate was right there to help me. He acknowledged the issue and quickly returned with help to replace the lock on the inside of the door. They did it swiftly with kindness and I was so appreciative of their attention to the issue. 10/10 on customer service.

Nice hotel but my WIFI was extremely poor at this room, I started out with 1 bar of service to not getting any reception until a visit with the maintenance man and he fixed it. The next morning before my checkout it was at 1 bar for reception, So...........Check out..........

The office was not so easy to locate during check-in. The room we stayed at still had strong paint smell, probably it should have waited for days w/o renting out and let the smell disperse.

Older two story brick complex of motel rooms with remodeled interiors. Front desk staff was friendly and attentive. Thick walls and floors for quiet stay however on Main Street so traffic noise during daytime with windows open but very little traffic at night. Comfortable bed and spacious room; coffee maker, microwave and fridge. Waffle Hut restaurant next door. There is a park across the street and flat walking cement path along a lake with tons of waterfowl to view; great birding spot. Motel is in old downtown K Falls with restaurants and shops easy walking distance; nice heritage architecture. I am an older female solo traveler and I felt safe. I will stay here again.

Newly renovated property

The hotel was recently rnovated, so everything was really clean. I had booked a pet friendly room as I was traveling with my dogs. I got a message saying to call the hotel to very a pet room, which I did not, but they were still able to accomodate me into a bigger pet friendly room at no charge. The room was giant with a kitchenette and best of all it had NO previous pet smaells as you get im most pet friendly hotels. We were very happy at our stay.

Two very large dogs in the room next door. They hit the window barking and snarling when I'd come and go from my room. There was a plant in the window so it appeared they lived there. It was intimidating.
