Publié le 10 mars 2024 sur HotelsWe were given a great welcome on our arrrival Friday evening… had dinner Friday night at hotel which was excellent too. We were politely asked to keep our little dog on the wooden floor area which we were very happy to do … she enjoyed a plate of doggy biscuits and water too … Breakfast was also amazing lots of choice

Newly Renobetd but Rooms Small

Bar service was poor and the staff were a bit rude too. Dirty glasses and bottles all over the bar area.

Lovley country pub style restaurant and bar. It was really busy and sevice was quite slow, it felt like there should've been more staff. Several types of wine on the list were not available, but our food was great! The rooms are fresh and clean and beds comfy. Great location for the sights of Knaresborough.

This property is massively improved since the Inn Collection group took over. WOW, brilliant. Totally refurbished . Everything was brilliant.
Excellent meal , great service .
