We stay at this site when we visit Knoxville because it is clean, the staff are friendly, and the location is great. We've stayed there at least six times and don't see any need to look elsewhere.

This property was in great condition. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. It’s close to the freeway so we used white noise to sleep in order to block the sound, not a big deal.

Cheaply updated rooms. Floors are filthy, our feet were black just from walking around without shoes in the room. The hallway outside our room smelled like dried urine. The couch in our room had a huge visible wet spot so obviously we weren’t able to even use it. Just all around not a clean room or hotel.
