Staff was welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was plentiful and suited everyone’s wants/needs. Only downfall is Parking was 30$/night which I was surprised by, yet street parking is not really an option, so reluctantly I paid the fee.

"Our stay was fantastic! The location is unbeatable—right across from the Convention Center and a short walk to Market Square. The room was spotless and the hydromassage shower was a great touch after a long day of walking. We also loved the hot breakfast every morning. Highly recommend for anyone visiting downtown Knoxville!"

This hotel was so nice and felt upscale. Cookies, hot cocoa with marshmallows & crushed peppermint candies to add, and coffee out at all times. The breakfast was the best we have had at a hotel, so many options. We loved the view from our room of the beautiful old church and we enjoyed walking to the lively downtown area with a skating rink in Market Square. The only negative was that the thermostat would not allow us to set it lower than 68 degrees. We could set it higher but not lower. It was too hot while we tried to sleep. We needed to be able to lower the temperature to be more comfortable. We did appreciate the white noise machine just wish it was a real fan since we were hot.

This was a pretty decent place to stay - it wasn't amazing, but it wasn't awful either (if that makes sense?). Our room was clean, but it didn't feel spotless. I'm all for reusing and reducing waste, but we were given a nearly empty toilet paper roll to begin with. The bathroom floors were sticky around the toilet, and the bed linens smelt like they had been left in the washer too long (mildewy?). Our room was right on the street, so the traffic noise was VERY loud at night - but they provide a sound machine and earplugs if you need them. Overall, it was on ok/good stay. The staff is SUPER friendly and helpful, and the location was great for the event we were attending.

Room was very clean. Staff are SUPER friendly. Great location to Thompson-Boling Arena, and Neyland stadium. $25 for parking seems a little much, but that may be par for the course near downtown, as it's been some time since I've stayed in Knoxville. Would definitely stay here again.
