Lovely 'boutique' hotel right in the centre of Knoxville, with economic parking options just round the corner. Coffee in the lobby and candy near the elevators were nice touches. Upscale feel and a nicely refurbished old building, with friendly reception staff. As it's an older builder, the walls appear to be a little thin, as we were able to hear the next room on the phone and other nocturnal interactions. Other than that, would thoroughly recommend for a quality downtown Knoxville stay.

My husband and I stayed one night to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We were greeted with complimentary champagne and an upgrade to our room. Once to our room, we had a hand written note and chocolates. The staff is extremely hospitable and made sure our evening was special the entire stay.

The room was nice but we had construction going on right outside the window that was extremely noisy. We never got the room cleaned although we asked for it. The staff was very nice though.
