This was one of the biggest and niceat bungalows I have ever stayed in. However for the price I am glad it was large, still figuring out if it was worth the money as the pool was pretty gross and not really maintained, definitely did not want to go in it, the wifi was nonexistant too but it was a very nice bungalow with a great balcony and literally steps from the beach. Will probably stay again...

GREAT PLACE

When we entered we thought we had arrived at a scrap yard - not very confidence boosting!! The resort itself is, as one would expect, very basic but I loved my room - really spacious and with an extra little room with a single bed. Overall I would have stayed here but my friend wasn't happy - much too basic for her. Great staff and good food.

Enjoyed our stay. Square footage includes patio, okay with us but should be mentioned. We had 107 which is the closest to beach so I could hear the waves going to sleep. Ahmed is very kind and helpful. I would suggest this accommodation! The road is only a couple hundred meters. One can find laundry, food and mini marts. Scooters for rent for daily rate, very cheap.

Beautiful rustic place to stay right on Long Beach

Eco-friendly rustic lodge right on the beach. The staff is nice and helpful, too. They have a bar and restaurant right on the beach. You basically get your own private cabin on a beachfront campground with very pretty surroundings. I would stay here again.

Eco Lanta is right on the beach. The bungalows are clean, comfortable and pleasing but definitely have a bit of a rustic feel. There were many older couples and families at this resort so it has a calm and laid- back feel. The staff were always helpful and friendly. We had a few things that needed attention in our bungalow, but the staff responded immediately. I highly recommend this resort!!

Not worth the money

Honestly for the price this place isn’t worth it. I’m not one to put negative reviews, I’m just being honest here. The name is deceiving. There isn’t really anything eco friendly about this place other than that the bungalows are made of bamboo. The service is really bad at this place as is the vibe of the staff. We spent 5 nights at Eco Lanta of our 3 week holiday all over southern Thailand and my husband and I both agreed that this place was the only negative experience we had on our whole trip. The food is sub par and over priced for the area. However there are good restaurants within walking distance on the beach. The bungalows are very very very basic for the price.(they did have Netflix though!) Our bed was so uncomfortable. The cleaning staff are very nice and so is the older lady at the front desk but the wait staff at restaurant are beyond lazy and not friendly. They make you feel unwelcome. The owner/boss lady walks around talking about you Right in front of you in Thai(I understand some Thai) and has these two dogs that should not be around people let alone around guests. This was the most expensive stay on our entire trip and we felt such a rip off. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Great location at a wonderful beach. Very friendly staff, safe and cosy place. Service could be better. Bungalows are okay but primitive. Apart from the beach Koh Lanta Doesn’t have much to offer, although Old Town is worth a visit.

Bamboo bungalows right on a quiet beach

Fun and peaceful few days right on the beach at low season. Good location, good bar and restaurant, friendly staff.

Unbeatable location

Superb location right on the beach but doesn't reach its full potential due to other shortcomings. Aircon struggles. Could be a lot cleaner. Cabins not insect proof but net provided. Had a rat in the shower (but he/she left when we used it!!) Staff helpful. Restaurant staff great.

Smukke omgivelser og sÞde hytter. Vi kunne ikke fÄ udleveret badehÄndklÊder selvom vi spurgte flere gange i lÞbet af vores ophold, og endte med at bruge dem fra hotelvÊrelset hvilket betÞd at vi ingen hÄndklÊder havde til alm brug i et par dage
 derudover gik vores kÞleskab amok pÄ frys og sprang en glasflaske m vand. Der var ogsÄ en frÞ og en kakkelak pÄ vÊrelset, men det havde vi forberedt os pÄ. Vi havde en masse dejlige timer pÄ stranden - selvom vi flere gange blev bedt om at betale for strandstolene da vi sjovt nok ikke havde hotellets hÄndklÊder, men var blevet nÞdsaget til at kÞbe vores egne - men sÞgte isÊr andre steder hen for mad, da kvaliteten af maden i restauranten var virkelig dÄrlig. Fik pÄ et tidspunkt en toast hvor der stadig var spor af plastic fra osten og den var ikke engang varmet hele vejen igennem
. SÄ flot sted, meget autentisk men mad og service kunne virkelig godt oppes :)

Sympathique, magnifique spot mais confort de base

Confort des chambres et salle de bain / toilette vraiment rudimentaire mais totalement en ligne avec ce qu'on peut attendre d'un lodge écolo. Pas assez de lumiÚre dans la salle de bain, interdiction de jeter le papier toilette dans la chasse d'eau (pas trÚs pratique ni agréable) et insectes parfois qui pénÚtrent dans les chambres par les interstices de la fabrication en bambou. Cà aussi c'est en ligne avec un lodge écolo. Restauration trÚs bonne bien que pas donnée pour la Thaïlande. En revanche il faut absolument remplacer les matelas de transats sur la plage, ils ont vraiment fait leur temps et sont déchirés. Il faut aussi des parasols, ce manque de parasol est une grosse lacune surtout l'aprÚs-midi. Sinon Pick, qui est sur place du soir au matin, est vraiment sympathique et efficace.

Beaucoup de charme mais pas confortable.le tout bamboo c est bien quand c est entretenu.coffre fort qui ne sert a rien .les clous qui depassent du sol .tele qui ne marche pas et qui prend beaucoup de place.coussin de dehors qui se consume a la moindre braise......fenetre cassée.eau de douche non reglable et trop chaude...pas intimité...Nous sommes restes 3 jours reto et personel super...

Holzbungalows sehr schön, bequeme Betten, schöne Terrasse mit HĂ€ngematte. Badezimmer, Klo und Waschbecken sind jedoch gewöhnungsbedĂŒrftig. Viele Insekten, schlafen nur mit Mosquitonetz möglich. Nettes Personal, gutes Strandrestaurant.
