Historic place with a magical charm

The nice gentleman from the guesthouse picked us up from the other side of the island, made us feel very welcome at the guesthouse, and even cooked us breakfast in the morning! He obviously takes a lot of pride in the property and well he should. It is a charming piece of history from when the town was a port used by Chinese merchants. The wooden guesthouse, like several buildings in Old Town, used to be a storefront with a deck in back built over the water. Today, you can stay in one of the rooms upstairs and lounge on the deck, catching the ocean breeze and enjoying the amazing view. Lucky you!
