If you are looking for a bed with aircon this will do. The property was very run down, with marks on towels and bed linen. There are building works around the property and it’s located directly next to the loudspeaker for the religious calls at 5am. Overall not great value for money as it wasn’t the cheapest with aircon and we spent all day out of the property

We apologize for poor experience, I have informed the housekeeping department about the marks on towels and bed linen. The construction works was far away from your room, we do have a large property. As for the religious calls, that we don't have control over. Think of it as your wake up call to see the sunrise in the morning!

Posted Mar. 16, 2020 on Hotelshotel very bad maintained, left the next day and changed hotel nearby because of the state of the Hotel, the beach is fantastic. Bed full of ants, water in shower smell bad. The hotel looks like abandoned. Staff doesn't speak English

There were not a lot of options in the area in our price range. The location was close to town and right on the beach. Breakfast was very good. Our shower head was broken & they fixed it right away.

Bitte tut euch dieses Hotel nicht an.
Negativ:
Die Zimmer wurden seit geschätzten 20 Jahren nicht mehr modernisiert, es ist dreckig, Flecken überall. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte auch nicht richtig. Die Dusche hat quasi keinen Wasserdruck, das Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn stank bestialisch. Die Tür zum Balkon konnte man nicht verschließen. Poolliegen vergammelt, Spielgerät rostig, Treppengeländer lebensgefährlich, keine frischen Handtücher, Frühstück Katastrophe (insbesondere Hygiene), keine Kommunikation auf englisch, Müllberge auf der Außenanlage… diese Liste kann auf Anfrage weiter fortgeführt werden.

Thank you for your feedback. The air-conditioning was checked and it works, you may have put it on the wrong setting. We sent staff to help you that night but you wouldn't open the door. Towels are replaced every 3rd day or upon request. We have talked with the housekeepers about the cleanliness of the room. The water issue has been resolved as we have checked the system, it was a temporary problem and has been fixed. The resort has been fully booked for the past several weeks so we are overwhelmed with demand. We apologize for your poor experience and we hope to do better.
