Hotel staff wont speak English. Hotel located 10 min by train to main areas $1.90 ticket one way. hotel room very nice, business hotel. I personally liked the McDonald being connected to this hotel as I didn't eat that day. Very pleasing japanese hotel.

Short one night stay

We stopped there for a night on our way up north in Hyogo. The rooms were a bit small but very clean, plus the price was very cheap. ^The staff were welcoming and friendly. We didn't try the hotel restaurant as we found it a bit pricy. You can get breakfast or lunch for half the hotel restaurant price in the neighborhood.

Smells bad

Bathroom looks clean but smelled like fermented urine. Although the bed was confortable i didnt like oder that was a mixture of urine and smoke. The refrigerator was dirty so i didnt use it at all. There's noti much to do in the area.

Excellent value.

We were travelling by car and booked this hotel because of the price and the car parking facilities. We only stayed for 1 night, and I can't comment on the hotel's location relative to any city attractions. However the hotel was neat and clean, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I'd definitely recommend.

かなり便利です。 三宮駅から4駅離れて居ますが、乗車時間は10分。 駅まで歩いて数分ですし、1Fにはマックもあり、コンビニも道路のお向かいに有りました。 三宮駅から少し離れたホテルと比較しても負けないレベルです。 更にコスパではこちらが上です。 ぜひおすすめのホテルです。

新神戸駅からの移動で地下鉄沿線上にこちらのホテルがあった為利用しました。新長田駅からすぐだったので非常に便利です。 今回はビジネスでの利用でしたが、新長田駅からは三宮や神戸へ乗り換えなしで移動ができるので観光利用でも便利なホテルだと思います。 一般的なビジネスホテルですが、部屋は綺麗です。一階にマクドナルドがあるので、簡単に朝食をすませたい方などは便利です。

新長田で用事がある際には便利です

新長田駅から近く、その近辺で用事がある際には便利なホテルです。 内装は思ったより年季が入っていましたが、十分快適に過ごすことができました。近くにお店もいろいろあり退屈しません。

手を抜いてる？

安かったから、部屋が狭いのは分かる。 かなり立地は良い。 しかし、カーテンが破れていたり、従業員の中でもアジア系の外国人の方の言動にビックリするといったことがあった。 朝の忙しい時間であっても、物を受け取る際はひったくるような受け取り方はするべきではないでしょう。 また、チェックインの際には日本人であってもローマ字表記になっていることは想定しておくべきですし、客の前でブツブツ何か言うのも控えた方が良いのではないでしょうか？
