Juniorsuiten var absolut fin og rummelig, som vi havde håbet på. Dog slutter altan dør slet ikke tæt. Ville være optimalt at få det fikset. Både fordi det trækker og ikke mindst larmer i blæst. Ikke det bedste - når man er kronisk syg.

Super lækket værelse, god varm og meget stille om aften.. Nr. 214 havde en stor seng med gode dyner mm. Personalt var hjælpsomme, flinke og gjorde hele forskellen. God plads i deres SPA.. overordnet en af de bedst SPA, hotel og mad oplevelser i Danmark vi har haft.

Fantastisk sted. Tror aldrig jeg har fået så god service i Danmark før - og det var overalt - lige fra receptionen, restauranten og til spaen. Virkelig gode senge, hvor man sover som en drøm. Helt igennem en skøn oase, hvor jeg slappede af og følte mig tilpas fra første minut. Det er ikke sidste gange jeg kommer der.

Smuk, rent og charmerende hotel placeret utroligt smukt ved vandet. Serviceniveauet var højt og på trods af få udfordringer som nyt hotel (lang ventetid til middagen) formåede personalet at holde os informeret og kompenserede på fineste vis. Morgenmadsbuffeten var utrolig god! Selv filterkaffen var på niveau med kaffebarerne. Vi kommer igen!

Smukt hotel med lækker og super hyggelig indretning! Fantastisk morgenbuffet, og utrolig imødekommende personale. Man skal dog ikke tage dertil for deres ‘spa’ afdeling.. Det ser flot ud, men er langt fra hvad jeg vil forbinde med spa. Ingen af de tre pools kan ikke bruges til at svømme i, da de ikke er dybe nok, og de er ikke tilstrækkeligt opvarmede. De har ikke engang et spabad, men kun en sauna. Ret skuffende ifht forventningerne.

Overordnet virkeligt godt. Fantastisk indretning og gode valg næsten overalt. Spaområde tæt på perfekt. De mange områder med pejse og sofaer var så gennemtænkt. Mindre gode oplevelser var nogle børnesygdomme som forhåbentligt skyldes at hotellet er nyt. Nogle af medarbejderne i restauranten havde ikke overblik og kendskab. Vi blev glemt og kunne ikke få kontakt med personalet for at bestille drikkevarer som først kom efter forretten blev serveret. Til morgen buffeten var maden meget velsmagende men desværre blevet lunken da der var få gæster men mange portioner allerede tilberedt på forhånd. Personalet i spaen var virkelig søde og serviceminded.
