Great location for Chaweng / fabulous staff

Amazing friendly staff. Great location for Chaweng (not my vibe; too many clubs and over-priced tourist traps) near the mall and right on the main drag. Pool and beach had loungers and towels and service for coffee and cocktails. Room was large, perfectly clean and serviced everyday. My only complaint is the water doesn't get hot and the sink pressure was but a dribble. Could use some updating but no complaints for the price!

Not a bad place. A bit tired and scruffy though. Staff are perfect. Lots of building work going on at the time I was there. I did book the cheapest room and you could tell. Old, damaged furniture and generally tired. But it wasn’t expensive. I wouldn’t go again but it wasn’t horrible.

The access to the sea was most convenient. Don't forget your sandles, the paths can get very hot! The pools and surroundings are very nice. The planting of plants and trees gives a homely feel. Thoroughly enjoyed

We stayed here for a week & really enjoyed our stay. Resort is right on the beach with a huge mall & farmers market directly across the street. Everything is walkable & available. Staff was very nice. No complaints

Location is great, overall condition of resort is aged. Some sections are revamped and chalets around pool area are dark furnished and aged. Pool is undersized for room capacity and pool music could be turned down a few notches so people can talk normally. Overall ok but definitely far from great. Million dollar question, would we return, sadly no.

Very good location - right in the middle of chaweng (a two minute walk to quality bars/restaurants, shopping, entertainment, etc), and at the same time located on the beach - can easily walk barefoot onto the middle of chaweng beach. My room was fifteen metres from the sand. Good value for money. The real downside, the compromise, is that it’s not the best in terms of fixtures and fittings, decoration and cleanliness, and the surrounding site is in parts detelict. But they do seem to be working on and improving the property and the staff are always very helpful. So overall it’s a compromise I’ve been happy to make and shall stay again.
