we are sorry that the taxi did not come but we could of course arrange another transfer for you We normally use our own shutter bus but in peak times we have to book outside taxis But apart form that we see you liked our resort

Too remote, must rent a car, no restaurant inside the villa. The private beach is the selling point.

thank you for the review Of course a villa has not a restaurant inside but you rented the studio. Around the resort within 200 meters are 4 restaurants, the resort has food delivery in the villas and studio and guests have a fully equipped kitchen. ]about the location We want to stipulate the we are located in a quite area but there is a free shuttle bus to Choeng mon beach I( 5 minutes drive) and a paid shuttle bus ( 110 thb per person) to all major shopping centers and restaurant center.s like Chaweng and Fisherman Village . But we are not in the middle of shops , bars restaurants noises in Idyllic you enjoy the beach, birds tropical gardens the pool and have a relaxed holiday hans

È una bella struttura con piccole ville con piscina, completamente autonome, e appartamenti confortevoli....il personale sempre sorridente

Es war wirklich etwas besonderes,dort Urlaub zu machen. Schon zu Beginn wurde mir kostenlos ein Upgrade angeboten. Hatte nur die einfache Variante gebucht, die auch schön wirkte, aber die Villa mit eigenem Pool war dann doch besonders. Man ist dort, wenn man mag , ganz für sich.Das Personal ist super freundlich. Ich konnte mehrmals mit in die Stadt fahren, habe, wenn ich dort war, Obstteller vorbeigebracht bekommen, konnte ein Kajak ausleihen und bekam sogar Besuch von einer Freundin, was auch kein Problem war. *

4일동안 편안하고 즐겁게 보냈어요. 오토바이 빌려서 choengmon beach and fisher’s man 도 갔어요. 주변에 편의시설이 없으니 오토바이 또는 차가 있어야해요. 직원들은 다 친절하고 웃으면서 반겨줘서 행복했어요. 그대들에게 언제나 행운이 있길~

Staff was very helpful. We loved the pool and easy access to the beach. There was lots of space in the unit and the kitchen was well equipped.

Not Idyllic

Place is very near a nice beach. For the money ($180/night), it left a lot to be desired. Although it was nice having a 2 bedroom apartment with kitchen; the beds were not comfortable. Lots of ants in kitchen. When we did not get breakfast the first morning I complained. Manager said she would give us a bigger breakfast second morning. That logic was interesting. What bothered us the most was the lack of customer attention. For instance, we heard very loud angry screaming. We came down to see what was going on. The manager was nearly coming to blows with a non-guest. Guests should never be exposed to this on their holiday. Since we didn’t get breakfast one day, I’d have thought they wouldn’t have charged us the 400 baht to the ferry pier. I guess I shouldn’t think. One really big dreawback was that there is no food anywhere near the hotel. We had food delivered and it remains the most expensive meal we’ve yet had in Thailand. This place can do much bettering be much more customer friendly.

Thank you for your review . We will take care about the ants We have every week pest control and they will take care for the ants It is by the way in tropical countries important always to close food they only coke when the smell food About breakfast We understand that you miss our delicious breakfast. However you did not give us time of the breakfast and when we knocked on the door you did not open. Later you asked the breakfast to be served in the afternoon but that was this time unfortunately not possible . So our staff gave you a bigger breakfast next day as well we did only charge you one way to the ferry .. I think that is customer friendly ....... It would have been more friendly to serve breakfast in that case in the afternoon and I told my staff to try harder but our breakfast times are from 8 till 1130 what is a long time already most hotels serve till 10 or 11 . About the shouting we apologize it was not a guest or our staff. The company doing our laundry giving he quality we expected for our guests so we changed from company . Unfortunately they came to the resort angry and shouting We are a big client because we change towels every day if needed and sheets 3 times per week. And we were fully booked , We really apologize but what can we do if people behave bad? It really is not so idyllic as you had the rest of your stay .We agree .. We can call the police of course but it was not bad and long enough for that and that will make the situation even worse. We seldom have shouting in the resort and first time with a supplier ( some shouting may be between guests) we hat it also and feel very bad about it . We are an extremely quite and peaceful resort where you can hear the birds singing in the morning and the noise of the waves of the sea . That is the real noise of Samui . Hans owner resort
