VEP Ocean View Villa 4 bedroom villa with ocean views. The villa has a private pool and also a large communal pool. The secluded beach is a 2 minutes walk (80 m) from the villa, shared with a five stars hotel and a Thai restaurant.
Fully equiped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 fridges (1 american fridge feeded with safe water, oven, 2 microwaves ovens . Laundry with washing machine and dryer. TV 400 channels in living room, TV with DVD in master bedroom. WIFI by optic fiber. Water filtered and sterilized by UV for the whole house.
All rooms with fans and integrated or split AC.
Garden and pool maintenance everyday. House maintenance twice a week by English speaking maid. Guarded residence.
