Each bedroom has a washbasin and a large mirror. The living room consists of a television, a floor lamp, two coffee tables, an electric two-seater sofa, a relax armchair with footrest and two individual armchairs. The dining room and kitchen consist of a floor lamp, a table (expandable) with 4 chairs, two bar stools, an induction hob, an extractor hood with remote control, a combination microwave, a dishwasher. For more privacy, the apartment is equipped with electric shutters, curtains and Luxaflex. At the back of the apartment there is an enclosed courtyard with garden furniture (table + chairs and lounge set), a large parasol and illuminated plant beds.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted The situation with regard to traffic and parking differs from one town to the other. It might occur that only paid parking possibilities are available in the holiday home's surroundings It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
