Katastrophaler Check In, Verantwortungsdiffusion..

Diese Buchung war von Anfang an eine Katastrophe. Niemand fĂŒhlte sich zustĂ€ndig, FeWo direkt verwies auf Novasol, die auf den örtlichen Vermieter (Dancamps). Doch dort war keiner erreichbar. mit mulmigem GefĂŒhl reisten wir an. Vor Ort hieß es, da wir ĂŒber FeWo/Novasol gebucht hatten, wĂ€re man nicht zustĂ€ndig. Zum GlĂŒck konnten wir den örtlichen Platzwart mit Hilfe der zum GlĂŒck vorab ausgedruckten BuchungsbestĂ€tigung dazu bringen, uns eine HĂŒtte zuzuweisen. Leider war die HĂŒtte selbst in keinem guten Zustand. Es war alles andere als sauber und zu allem Überfluss regnete es auch noch rein. Also Töpfe und SchĂŒsseln aufstellen und so das Schlimmste verhindern. Urlaub geht irgendwie anders. Unser Fazit: Wir werden nie wieder ein Objekt buchen, das von Novasol betreut wird - alle Buchungen auf dieser Rundreise, die von diesem Unternehmen betreut wurden, waren eine Katastrophe und stets fĂŒhlte sich niemand fĂŒr unsere Probleme zustĂ€ndig.

A few things to improve

The huts all stand on a nice spot central to access but in the middle of the green, with a nice view. Unfortunately, there are a few things to improve which had an impact on our stay: - checkin: as the key code was sent via email just on the day, we had to activate roaming, data etc. That was found out only after calling the reception number for 20 minutes (or longer), everyone staying in the line as „you are number one in the line“. The reception contacted via email replied within minutes and was helpful. We have actually not seen someone from the reception. - the cabin was clean but not checked recently. It was the home of some spiders.. - Mattresses: sleeping was not really comfortable, mattresses are old, one brocken and the other so thin that only the small kids could sleep on it. My normal weight was too heavy and I touched the hard ground when sitting/laying. (Bring 2x 120-140 bed linen) - There is no window which can be opened in the upper part. The kids could not sleep in with 30 degrees as it functions like a wintergarden with all the windows. - There were two brooms but no scraper (and no shower curtain etc) to collect the water in the bathroom. I probably had somewhat high expectations of the overnight stay in the hut, but the aforementioned issues made it a bit stressful. The location and camping environment were actually wonderful!

Leider nicht ganz sauber

Leider hatten wir mit unserem KĂŒhlschrank etwas Pech, da die VorgĂ€nger wohl etwas drinnen vergessen hatten und niemand ihn gereinigt hatte. Auch ließ die Sauberkeit im ganzen etwas zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒber. Einchecken ging problemlos, da am Haus ein SchlĂŒsseltresor hing und wir rechtzeitig die Zugangsdaten bekommen haben. Der Kontakt mit der Verwaltung lief dann auch problemlos und wir konnten wegen dem KĂŒhlschrank in ein anderes Haus umziehen. Die CampingflĂ€che ist großzĂŒgig und die Unterkunft eignet sich gut um die Umgebung mit dem Auto zu erkunden.

Aufenthalt

Wir wollten ĂŒber Silvester mit unseren Kindern einen Kurztrip machen. Dieser stellte sich leider als Katastrophe raus. Gebucht war Kolding, als wir dort ankamen brach direkt der TĂŒrgriff ab. Ein Mitarbeiter kam und konnte uns nicht helfen uns wurde dann ein neues Haus in Fredericia zur VerfĂŒgung gestellt. Der Campingplatz sowie die Umgebung ist schön. Leider war das Haus in einem absolut schlechten Zustand. Die Sauberkeit war so unterirdisch, dass wir los gefahren sind und Putzmittel gekauft haben und erstmal alles gereinigt haben. Es waren benutze alte Bettlaken auf den Betten. Nachdem wir die erste Nacht dort waren kam ein ĂŒbler Gestank aus dem KĂŒchenbereich. ZunĂ€chst dachten wir es sei der Abschluss. Dann fanden wir MĂ€usekot unter der SpĂŒle und ein verwesenden Geruch. Wir sind sofort abgereist und haben alles gemeldet. Die Dame am Telefon war sehr freundlich und hat alles sofort geregelt. Vielleicht hatten wir einfach Pech. Aber wir wĂŒrden dort nie wieder ein Fuß reinsetzten.
