I would say it was fair overall due to location. There was a lot of construction going on during my stay, so it was hard to get sleep if up late the night prias they sayrted very early morning. This interfered with my sleep a lot as I was.on vacation and looking forward to sleepingnin if wanting
A pleasant experience from start to finish - the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, the room was spotless and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious.
We will keep coming back every year.
It was ok for a one night stay. They are building the metro right now and there's a half finished section that goes above the existing road. It's blighting the place and once ready, the traffic noise will go up and there's no view. The swimming pool didn't work and breakfast was limited. Very close to the airport though. You can see it from the roof swimming pool/terrace.
Considering this hotel is quite new- I figured the staff would be on their toes regarding the service to all customers. I booked an executive room with a king-size bed, but upon reaching my room, I was exposed to two twin-size beds suitable for children. Once I went down to address this issue with the reception manager- we were told that the hotel has overbooked and we would have to stay in that room until the next day. This was HIGHLY inconvenient as my husband is over 6ft tall and struggled to sleep that night due to the hotel's mistake. The receptionist was almost brush off ish- which I did not appreciate at all. The room service folks had charged us for an extra item and would not take it off the bill but later compensated with a bowl of ice-cream. The hotel lobbies were loud with kids and women/men yelling across the hall at 3am. The rooms are NOT soundproof. Even after complaining, nothing was done regarding it because the next night, the yelling in the halls persisted. I definitely will not be booking this hotel at all. No matter how close it is to the airport. It just isn't worth it.
