Great location. Mediocre apartment

Location is great. Ocean view right from the balcony and sound of crashing waves. PKs surf spot right out front.The apartments itself is very mediocre. Interior is very old and not well maintained/cleaned. Did not feel comfortable using the pots/pans, plates, silverware etc without a thorough washing. Shower water barely got warm enough. Coffee and espresso machine were not clean. Screen door to balcony was very worn and partially torn already and I was charged for accidently tearing it a bit more.

Winter holiday

Balcony is awesome - watched whales spouting & surfers daily. Great cross breeze & view with the corner unit. Each evening, friendly folks gather on the lawn to watch the sunset & exchange advice for area restaurants & such. Super clean building & parking area. Location, location, location! Bill was great a host!
