The Best Stay in Poipu
You cannot go wrong when you book through Parrish. This is our second time staying in a Parrish managed property and it did not disappoint. This rental has a great view and is centrally located to amenities, the beach and the pool. You are walking distance from the Sheraton and can enjoy their property and restaurants as well. This rental comes equipped with everything that you need. There are plenty of beach towels, all the things necessary to cook, and a coffee grinder (a must for me). I hope to stay at this location again. I especially appreciated the easy communication via text with Parrish. They had the rental ready for us a little early since we were staying in Princeville for the first half of our trip.

Great location, clean, updated and very nice condo
We just stayed at this condo and really loved it overall. The location is great, and although there is a street between the ocean and patio, the views were wonderful and we found the walkers throughout the day and cars with locals who park there every evening to watch the sunset make for good people watching! It didn’t bother us at all.
The condo was decorated very well, and nicely updated. The beds were comfortable and we had all the amenities we needed. Note that there is only AC in the two bedrooms and it can take quite a while to get them to cool, during the day it was quite warm downstairs and upstairs, even with the AC on, but it did cool enough at night that we had no issues sleeping. Not having AC I think is pretty common, so we were just grateful to have at least something to keep us cool at night. We really liked this condo, and would go back.

Excellent Ocean View Condo
Great location on the south side in Poipu. Two story, two bedroom condo. The Master bedroom sliding glass door opens directly to the Ocean. You can hear the waves and surf very clearly. The living room on the ground floor with the patio also faces the ocean. Great for breakfast while watching and hearing the surf. And great location to watch the amazing sunsets.
Behind the condo, there is a road that goes along the edge of the ocean. Lots of people walk or jog along this road every morning. Also, lots of people including locals congregate on this road to watch the sunset. The locals hang out there for an hour or so into the night after the sunset before leaving. (Sometimes playing loud music.)
There is no beach here, just rocks that you can walk out on during low tide. There is a beach just down the road at the Sheraton you can walk to (Kiahuna Beach). This beach has a sharp drop off and big waves close to the beach which my college kids loved.
The best thing about this condo is the view. It was very clean and well maintained even though it seems to be an older property. The bed was very comfortable. The master bedroom is very large with a large master bath and double sinks. The condo has boogie boards, beach chairs, sun umbrellas and snorkel equipment we used. It also has a washer and dryer which was so helpful. There are 3 full baths which was also great for our family. The kitchen was well stocked with just about anything you need to cook a meal: pans,dishes, blenders, spices, etc.
The only downside to this property is no air conditioning on the main level. Being there in August it was especially hot and muggy. The two bedrooms had AC floor units in them. They worked ok and this saved us. But everywhere else, like the kitchen and living areas were really hot for this time of year. The condo did have celing fans and three extra portable floor fans which we put to good use.
The office staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was nice with a view of the ocean and a nice grass area. They have barbcue pits and tennis courts.
All in all, a fantastic condo, great location, great views, well cared for and clean! We loved it!

Awesome place to stay!!!
Beautiful location right on the ocean. Went to sleep every night listening to ocean sounds. Walking distance to great eating places, Starbucks, beaches. Well-equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling equipment, etc. Comfortable beds and nice bedding and towels. We will definitely return.

Beautiful condo - DONT bring kids to this resort
We stayed for 12 days and loved this condo. It had all the amenities and a beautiful view of the ocean. We became the sunset spot for our group because we could watch it from the patio.
The issue is that we have 2 kids, 2 and 4. You are pretty much not allowed to have kids at this resort. We got dirty looks from certain people at the pool. We had one person yell at my wife because the kids were in the pool. The neighbor next door "scolded" us because my kids were raking leaves with the broom on our patio. Don't get me wrong a lot of people looked on at our kids and had big smiles because they were having the time of their lives. But if you make any tiny splashing noise it is game over.
