This unique oceanfront property is situated on the edge of a bluff providing spectacular views of the blue Pacific and the entire Poipu coastline from each unit. This small property has only 15 units, providing privacy and intimacy while being just a short walk to the world renowned Brennecke’s Beach and Poipu Beach. The sounds of the sea fill every room and each unit has full length lanais offering a great lookout for hours of watching turtles, dolphins, seasonal whales and brilliant sunsets.

Our units are described, photographed and rated so you can pick the perfect island home for you and your family.

PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.

This home was the perfect place for our family of 4! Very clean, beautifully decorated, well equipped kitchen too. Having beach chairs and boogie boards provided is a real bonus too! You can’t beat the view either! Was a real highlight of the trip. We definitely would come stay here again.

I have really never been so attended to! The property was awesome, everything you see is what you get, and it is amazing. Great value. Throughout the stay, there were reach outs, to make sure all was well and if we needed anything. I look forward to booking this property again in the future.

We loved our stay here! The views are gorgeous and we were greeted by sea turtles riding the waves every morning. I have two young kids who loved running in the grass area outside the house. The house is beautiful and comfortable! Only issue was that the pool in the pictures is not on site. We found out it’s a little drive away, at the athletic club, but the host was helpful in getting us there and we had a great time once we found it. Thanks for hosting us! We’ll definitely be back:)

This place is fantastic! Everything was clean and in working condition. We had one small issue on checkin, but support staff was there within 5 minutes to fix the issue. Air conditioning was key! Great location, easy access. Not too crowded. Easy parking. Highly recommend!

Beautiful!

Beautiful spot!! We saw turtles and dolphins daily off the Lanai. Pretty central location so easy to visit all parts of the island. Comfy beds and well stocked kitchen. Easy walk to Poipu beach. Would absolutely stay again, we loved it!

This property is located on a picture perfect small cliff overlooking the ocean. We saw sea turtles every day. It’s conveniently located near several beaches and dining. The sunsets and stars were stunning! Perfect for a family of four! We will most definitely be back.

We stayed at Poipu Makai D1 for 9 nights as a family of four on our first trip to Kauai, and we couldn't have asked for a better home base. From the moment we arrived, the condo exceeded our expectations in every way.The location is unbeatable — centrally situated on the South Shore with easy access to Poipu Beach, Old Koloa Town, Spouting Horn, and everything in between. Whether we were heading out for an early morning raft tour or returning from a full day at Waimea Canyon, the condo felt perfectly positioned for everything on our itinerary.The space itself was immaculate — clean, well-appointed, and comfortable for four people throughout a busy activity-packed trip. The lanai quickly became our favorite spot — morning mimosas, evening recaps, and just soaking in the sounds of Kauai. The washer and dryer were a genuine bonus for a longer stay, and the kitchen had everything we needed.Parrish Kauai was easy to work with and the check-in process was seamless. We never felt like anything was missing.

A great first visit to Hawaii

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The rental was just as advertized and the kitchen was very well equipped. We loved being right on the ocean and being able to walk out the back door. The location was also great as we were able to walk to both Poipu and Shipwreck beaches. It was a very comfortable place for four people.

30th Anniversary

We’ve stayed here multiple times and each time the property and the condo only improve. It’s such a special and really great value as we’ve stayed at a number of condos in the islands and this one is simply one of the top experiences.

Wonderful Property

This condo is perfect! Ocean view, beach umbrella and chairs, plus snorkeling equipment. The kitchen is fully stocked and the outside furniture was varied and comfortable. The nightly sunsets were incredible!

Fantastic views

This property is amazing! Great location in a quiet neighborhood but close to shops and restaurants. The views are outstanding, we could watch dolphins and sea turtles from the patio. The property was immaculate and stocked with everything we could need for our trip. Communication was great and management checked in with us several times to make sure everything was going well. Highly recommend!
