PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. We absolutely loved staying in this oceanfront condo! We saw whales breaching and turtles surfing the waves from our lanai. We could hear the waves crashing on the rocks just outside while resting in bed falling asleep to the ocean sounds. We would absolutely stay here again. This is a true gem.

Absolutely beautiful, spacious, all necessary amenities included, even a washer/dryer and dishwasher! 3rd floor views can't be beat, and the lanai is perfect for soaking it in. The only suggestion I would make is to add AC:)

We enjoyed the lanai fully morning and evening watching turtles and dolphins. The beach amenities were great and used the umbrellas and chairs. We had a lovely time snorkeling and playing in the waves at the nearby beaches and had some fabulous meals at local restaurants. Would recommend this place highly.

Amazing home in an amazing location. The home has amazing views and the deck and pool are a great way to spend an afternoon. The location is perfectly situated between Poipu Beach and the great hiking around Shipwreck. I look forward to staying here again.

The view from the deck was wonderful, we could sleep with the screen only and hear the waves against the lava rocks. It was an easy walk to beaches and shaved ice and Puka dogs. The kitchen was well stocked and the condo was clean and had a homey feeling.

Beautiful View

The condo is small, small enough that suitcases were stored in the living room. And make sure no air conditioning is okay with everyone in your party. I didn't mind just using fans, but I have some friends who would not have been okay with the temperature. Now for the good parts of this property. The views of the ocean are stunning. We spent most of our time when we were on the condo on the balcony. Almost every time I looked out into the ocean, I saw sea turtles swimming. The location is terrific, and it felt very safe. There are great walking paths, and you can walk all the way to the Hyatt from this condo. The swimming pool is nice, the pool deck is very pretty, and the view from the pool (just like from the balcony) is gorgeous. I contacted the office twice, and they responded quickly both times.

Beautiful property

We could not have asked for a more beautiful place to stay! It was clean, gorgeous view and great communication with the staff! Any questions I had were answered right away! Beds were very comfortable as well! We also could see sea turtles, whales and seals playing in the water. It was a great experience!

Beach Front Property

We had our family stay at this property. It had a great view. Everything we wanted was there. We were happy to have all the amenities available to us. Short walk to the beach, pool access, and that view in the morning with coffee and the sweet little red headed bird that came around every morning was so cute. Great spot

Excellent location with a beautiful view and walking distance to Poipu Beach. Ample parking. Well equipped kitchen. Strong wifi. Clean. Only complaint is bedrooms are small. Master bedroom doesn’t have privacy with a sliding shutter door dividing it from the living room. Twin bedroom could use a dresser.

2024 Christmas Trip

My family wanted to book an ocean view condo that was close to everywhere and a bed for each of our kids. We weren’t disappointed with the Poipu Palms. The smallness of the property made it that much more enjoyable. Many times we had the pool deck to ourselves. The ocean view was phenomenal especially from our third floor condo. We saw lots of turtles and were blessed to catch a pod of whales swim by. The fact that the property did not have AC was not a hindrance as the evening breezes and many fans provide adequate temperature control. The location of the unit was great as well being close to Poipu, Koloa and 30 minutes from the airport. We drive up to Princeville and it took us about an hour. What a wonderful stay for our whole family, thank you!

Good choice

We were super happy with this property. Easy parking, quiet neighborhood, amazing views. It was a perfect size for the 4 of us. Kitchen was on the smaller side but we made it work. It was stocked with all the beach needs, which was great! It was super clean. The fire alarm went off randomly in the middle of the night but we contacted the property management and they took care of it quickly.

Cant Get Enough of the View

The balcony view is even better in person; the pictures are no exaggeration. My wife and I spent every moment we were not elsewhere on the island on the balcony overlooking the ocean. The waves constantly roll in and splash over the rocks below for a lovely sight and sound. Turtles were around in the mornings bobbing along the shoreline munching on the rocks beneath the waves. Property itself was good; had everything you’d need for an extended stay in terms of kitchen ware and such. Bathrooms have liquid soaps and shampoo/conditioner. The beach is a small hike away and has some average snorkeling with lots of fish. Restaurants and food are a little farther away. Loved it overall! Worth the money!

Beautiful View

Property was beautiful with view of ocean, beach and many sea turtles. It also was very hot (no a/c in unit) and ceiling fan in one bedroom did not work, was told they were waiting on a part. My experience, you don’t “repair” ceiling fans when a new one at Home Depot was $159 with plenty in stock - had floor fans, not the same.

The oceanside view off the balcony is fantastic! Straight down to the waters edge over the pool, through the palm trees. Condo is older and needs refreshing. Property is a mix of new pool and deck that is perfect with landscape cloth over the front without covering. The view and location outweighed any issues for us, though!

Perfect and relaxing vacation

We fell in love with this oceanfront condo! We saw turtles surfing in the ocean every day and also several pods of dolphins. The unit is clean and comfortable and has everything you need (except an ice maker!). Beach chairs and umbrella and towels available for trips to the nearby beach. The pool is great. We actually extended our stay by 3 days because we weren’t ready to leave, and guest services was very responsive in making that happen. We couldn’t ask for a better spot to spend our Kauai vacation!

Location can’t be beat

Location, location, location. On our first day we spotted whales, dolphins, turtles. At this time of the year you can watch both the sunrise and sunset from your lanai with coffee or G&T in hand. The condo was comfortable and a good size for us-might be too small for some but we come for the view. Would happily stay here again.

Fantastic views!

The location of this condo and views from the lanai were perfect for us! I loved that we could walk to the beach trail just next to the unit and that it was centrally located for all our day trips. We spent most of our mornings and evenings out on the lanai listening to the ocean, watching turtles & dolphins and basking in the sunsets! The kitchen was well equipped and it was so nice to be able to do laundry during our stay. We will definitely rent Poipu Palms 303 the next time we visit Kauai!

October in Poipu

Clean with great view of the ocean. Good location. Unfortunately, we booked the place to include washer and dryer and packed accordingly. Within a few minutes of our arrival, maintenance came to fix the dryer, spent 2 hrs and not able to fix it. Factor service came the next day and said would take a couple days because parts needed to be ordered. The following Monday I called the office 2x and left messages. No response. I called the next day and office said the parts would take 4 days. Of course we were checking out before that. Office offered to send our laundry out but would be at least 24 hour turnaround. I asked for some compensation eaters than sending laundry out( didn’t want to wait around for my laundry) and was told administration would have to be consulted. No resolution at time of check out. Also, decent amount of cooking equipment but absolutely no condiments which is different from all the other VERBO rentals on the past. You will need to purchase salt, pepper, mustard, ketchup, oil and foil and plastic wrap if you plan to prepare your meals. Maybe that’s the difference between a rental company and individually owned properties. Aside from the above, we had a great stay. The dryer could happen anywhere. I would still consider booking a property from this company again, but if I have a similar experience then not again.
