Breathtaking views apt close to sea

Our fully AC, modern apartment accommodates 5 people in two bedrooms and an extra sofa in the living room. It has a kitchen with living/dining room, a bathroom, a balcony with a stunning sea view and a total of 50 m2. The parking place is on the street behind the house, subject to availability.
The apartment is self-catering, bed linen is changed weekly, towels are at your disposal. Normal use of electricity is included in daily rent, however, please remember to turn off the lights, air conditioning etc. when not in use.
Rubbish bins are down the street leading to the beach (on left hand side). All the litter has to be placed in plastic bags before disposal.

My husband, 7 year old son and I had the pleasure of staying at Rafaela's apartment this week. Rafaela kindly arranged to be there to welcome us and show us around. The apartment is simply perfect. It is spotlessly clean and very well equipped. It is located in a central yet peaceful location, perfect for exploring the stunning town and its many idyllic beaches. The view from the balcony over the harbour is absolutely beautiful, as is the view from the front porch and bedroom. It was a joy to eat breakfast on the balcony each day and to watch the spectacular sunsets. We will definitely return and will recommend this fantastic accommodation to our friends and family. Fantastic apartment in a great location

Firstly booking and comms with the owner; Rafael; were so simple and she responded very quickly. The apartment itself is so nice and has everything you need inside. The view from the balcony is just fantastic and ample enough room to sit and relax. The apartment is located a short walk to the beach and several of the lovely restaurants including Ciparis. Perfect. Rafael met us at the apartment and explained everything we needed to know. All in all a wonderful stay and I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment. The apartment was as described, it did not disappoint. Met at the apartment by host's son and he gave us sufficient local information. Cavtat was beautiful, great restaurants. Ferry services good to nearby Mlini and Dubrovnik.

Fantastic Apartment

The host Rafaela was lovely and communicated well before we arrived to check in. The apartment is really nice and in a great location with beautiful views from the balcony. There's plenty of space and the beds were very comfortable. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Schöne Unterkunft mit tollem Blick aufs Meer

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt von Anfang an sehr genossen. Wir wurden freundlich vom Vermieter empfangen und kurz eingewiesen. Das Appartement entspricht den Bilder und reicht fĂŒr einen lĂ€ngeren Aufenthalt aus. Der weitere Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war stets sehr freundlich und Ă€ußerst angenehm. Die nĂ€heren Ortschaften Mlini und Dubrovnik laden zum Baden und zu AusflĂŒgen ein. Leider gab es keinen zugewiesenen Parkplatz fĂŒr das Appartement, so dass das Parken nur auf öffentlichem Straßenland möglich war. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner und gelungener Urlaub.

A lovely stay
