Eine schöne, geräumige und saubere Wohnung. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht, genug Besteck, Geschirr, Töpfe, Pfannen, Spülmaschine, Micro ....Lage: am Stadtrand von Konstanz, ruhige Wohngegend (war ein Neubaugebiet das geschätzt vor 20 J. entstand). Bushaltestellen und Lebensmittelgeschäft in weniger als 10 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar. Sehr nette Vermieter, haben uns auch Tipps für Sehenswürdigkeiten gegeben.

Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und hat alles, was man üblicherweise so braucht - auch die Kücheneinrichtung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sehr nette Gastgeber, die uns auch gerne mit Tipps versorgt haben. Wir hatten eine Woche lang tolles Wetter und waren jeden Tag unterwegs. Wenn wir nach einem langen, heißen Ausflugstag zurückkamen, war die Wohnung immer noch sehr angenehm kühl. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, um von dort aus mit dem Rad in alle Richtungen zu starten und den Bodensee zu entdecken. Aber auch die Öffis sind gut zu erreichen.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet.Die Vermieter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, nachts gibt es keinen Lärm, obwohl sie Zentral zu Bus, Bahn und Netto oder Rewe Markt liegt. Man kann diese Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen.K & I Sitzler

Schöne Zeit in Konstanz

Die Zeit am Bodensee war sehr schön. Wir haben uns all interessanten Orte angeschaut. Besonders gefallen hat uns Meersburg, Stein am Rhein, Lindau und der Rheinfall bei Schaffhausen. Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und sehr ordentlich. Nur eine Spülmaschine haben wir vermisst.

Saubere gut eingerichtete Kellerwohnung mit Eingang und Fensteraussicht auf die Tiefgarageneinfahrt des Anwohners über der Kellerwohnung. Ein Tischchen mit 2 Stühlen auf einer schmalen, geringen Erhöhung vor dem Fenster in der Tiefgarageneinfahrt ist der Außenbereich. Fazit: Zum Übernachten für 2 Personen, für 1 Woche, gut geeignet. Zu mehr aber auch nicht.

Empfehlenswert für Pärchen & kleine Familien

Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war hervorragend. Super nette und zuvorkommende Vermieter. Die Ferienwohnung liegt wie beschrieben im Keller und ist in den Sommermonaten natürlich schön kühl. Die Ferienwohnung ist super ausgestattet und liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. In der Nähe anzufinden sind Norma und Edeka, sowie die Stadtbus-Haltestelle Wollmatingen-Rathaus. Von dieser Haltestelle ist die Stadtmitte Konstanz sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung wird von uns sehr gerne weiterempfohlen.
