Clean hotel. Good location close to loght rail stop and easy access to intercity bus station

The staff were exceptional. We dealt with 2 different reception staff and 4 different people in the breakfast room. All of them were friendly, polite, professional and respectful. An absolute credit to the hotel. The reception area was quirky. The breakfast had a very good selection of things.Wonderful views of Konya from the breakfast room on floor 10. The hotel room had a very comfortable bed, work space, hanging space , a fridge and good Aircon and TV. The area directly outside had broken paving stones and we were opposite a ford and a Mercedes workshop so I wasn't expecting a good hotel and was pleasantly surprised.

Property was not completed. Looked like a dorm converted into a hotel. Difficult entrance. No amenities.
