Cute & quirky small hotel in an excellent walking location to many important places. Staff spoke a bit of English and were very helpful. Breakfast was lovely and served in a covered patio area. Since we happened to arrive there on a 3 day religious holiday many things were closed including all the “bazaar” area. But you could still walk around the mosque & museum. This is also the area the Whirling Dervishes are from but again because of the holiday they did not perform.

Rooms were okay, but hard to cool down with no air-conditioning. Showers were terrible. Bad flow and the temperature kept fluctuating. Location is great, but rooms are overpriced for the quality you get.

Due to the physical conditions of the rooms where we host you, we cannot install an air-conditioning system. But we only designed it with ceiling fan and air conditioner. I think you found it insufficient. We started to do a technical study on this subject. We also constantly check the bathroom hot water system. There are no problems at the moment. I think there was a momentary problem. We will continue our controls and studies. I also thank you for drawing our attention to these matters. You have given us a chance to improve our service quality. I hope we can make up for this bad experience by welcoming you and your loved ones back as soon as possible.

Perfect location, perfect service, lovely room

What a lovely setting, and what care the staff at the Hich took to make our experience lovely. we came to the Hich so that we could see the history, the culture, and the foundations of religion here. All of that was literally steps away. But what we did not fully expect was the beauty of this place and the care the the staff took to assure that every need was met. Our room was idyllic, we were so well cared for, and to cap our evening in Konya, warm mllk and fresh baked, warm cookies arrived in our room before bedtime, This place understands hospitality, detail, cleanliness, and service. Thank you to the Hich for making our family holiday so special.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel has a wonderfully positive vibe. The designs and architect of the building reminds you of the old ages but everything looks clean and well maintained. The quietness and the atmosphere, in, and around the property provides an ambiance so you can enjoy your time in Konya. The front desk receptionist and other employees were super nice and polite! Their breakfast was amazing! I highly recommend this hotel.
