You'll enjoy your stay in this spacious one-bedrom apartment with the 7 m2 balcony with the sea view.

Apartment is located on the first floor of the house, located just 50m from the beautiful beach with the crystal clear sea.

Position of the house is ideal for having a quiet family or couple vacation but still being very close to the center of the town.

Apartment consists of a spacious living room, terrace, balcony, one bedroom, kitchen and bathroom.

Living room has a large 42” LED TV with with Netflix and HBO channels and cozy sofa bed for one person.

Bedroom has a comfortable double bed.

Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and fridge with freezer so you can prepare any kind of tasty meal.

We also have an outside fireplace, shared with our other apartment guests.

Bathroom has a shower, washing machine and hair dryer.

We also provide you an iron and ironing board.

All equipment in the apartment - air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi internet, clean bedclothes, towels & more are included free of charge.

This is a smoke-free apartment.

You are allowed to smoke on the balcony.

Certain pets are allowed, please ask in advance.

We expect normal house behavior - please watch out not to break anything, leave the accommodation tidy as you have found it and don't make noise to other people.

For security purposes, please send us following info of each guest: name and surname, place, country and date of birth, citizenship, type and number of identity document, place of residence, address and gender. For check-in date more than 48 hours of check in please send us that info within 2 hours of booking and for same day reservations please send us that info within 1 hour of booking or we reserve the right to cancel.

Korcula Town is the main town on the island, with a population of about 3000 inhabitants. The main feature/sight of the whole town is Korcula Old Town – a medieval walled town with its towers, numerous buildings and monuments, cafés, restaurants, hotels, galleries, open-air cinema and more.

Korcula is very popular for visitors as a central location from which they explore the rest of the island and its surroundings.

There is a local legend that Marco Polo was born in Korcula. The historic town of Korčula is on UNESCO’s- tentative list.

It's just 3 minutes walking to the center of town Korcula.

You will have exclusive access to the apartment and balcony.

We will also show you a free public parking spot just 2 minutes walking from the house.

There are no shared areas in or around the house.
