The room didn't have air conditioning or a mini bar as advertised. On the first day they refused to serve dinner because we arrived 15 minutes before the restaurant closed. On the last night, the room was not cleaned. Unluckily, a glass fell into the bathroom sink, which was already cracked, breaking it. They forced us to pay for the damage. The level of the hotel doesn't correspond to 4 stars! Very disappointed.

Dear Mr. / Mrs, first of all, we would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused. We are in a historic building and the installation of aircondition on the 1st floor was always sufficient for the guests due to the thickness of the walls. Air conditioning is only on the 2nd floor in all rooms.A few months ago, due to economic measures related to the energy crisis, we were forced to introduce cost-saving measures, which also included the removal of minibars with high energy consumption. Therefore, instead of minibars in the rooms, we allowed guests to purchase snacks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at the reception. Which is available to you 24 hours a day. We apologize that this information has not been properly upgraded on all portals. We are constantly working on the removal.We are sorry that the kitchen did not have time to serve the dinner within the operating hours, if we were informed in advance about the late arrival, we will certainly provide the dinner in full.We provide room cleaning when the room is empty until 4:00 p.m.Unfortunately, we cannot confirm the reason why room service was not delivered on the last day or not. However, we deal with every complaint immediately through the reception staff, who promptly resolve such deficiencies on the spot.The damage to the room was dealt with within the framework of the hotel's accommodation regulations. We are sorry that it happened, the guest was charged a symbolic amount for a new sink, which does not even include the cost of a new sink and the work associated with its removal.Thank you for the constructive comments that always move us forward. We are working on improvement and on the basis of this, so that we do not repeat them in the future.Guest satisfaction is our priority, we regret this bad reference.Anyway, thank you for your honesty and open words.

Čo sa týka čistoty izby, bolo to v poriadku, reštaurácia a služby boli perfektné, hlavne wellnes bolo super. celkovo som velmi spokojný
