On the main level, you are welcomed by a spacious living and dining room of 75 m2, elegantly appointed with tasteful furnishings and featuring an open-hearth fireplace reserved for decorative purposes, a flat-screen cable television, and a DVD player. This floor also includes a fully equipped open kitchen fitted with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a dedicated office and a separate WC. Direct access from this level leads to a terrace of 38 m2, partly roofed, and a further terrace of 20 m2, also partly roofed, both furnished with terrace furniture and deck chairs.

On the lower ground floor, you will find a dining room arranged in the style of a tavern, complete with an open-hearth fireplace for decorative use and a kitchen corner.
