A glimpse into the past
Publié le 19 févr. 2024 sur HotelsThis is an old-fashioned grand hotel which unfortunately has been allowed to go into a decline. The decorative condition is appalling in places, eg paper peeling off one wall in our room and water leak damage in the corridor ceiling. If this kind of thing was repaired immediately, the hotel could be so much better. Breakfast had a huge variety of food, although not all was good quality. Car parking when we arrived was chaotic as there was a truck blocking direct access to the car park. Nevertheless it was all tolerable for the cheap rate we paid.
