Overall is good but no lifts. I have to walk with my luggage all the way from ground floor to second floor. So I suggest the hotel should provide lifts because itโ€™s convenient for the customers. Room is clean and tidy maybe need some renovations. No hairdryer, toothpaste, toothbrush and slippers. Have to ready and buy from 7eleven.

Stank of smoke and urine

Lobby stank of smoke and urine. Checked into non smoking room and still stank of smoke and had an ashtray in it. Only stayed for 2 nights and stayed as i had prepaid, definitely considered just leaving and forfeiting my prepayment. Hotel doesnt offer airport transfer as advertised on expedia.
