It was a nice capsule, but the sheets were not clean and the pillow smelled like a sweaty head. I went down to change it but they didn't have any clean pillows so I used a towel instead. There is also black mold all over the bathroom. The breakfast was cold beans, cold egg and cold Weiners. On the good side, the capsule was comfy, quiet and walkable to the city centre. There was also alot of food options, grocery stores, and Laundromat nearby. The staff were kind and tried there best to help. Overall if they pay more attention to the cleaning, it's a nice place to stay.

An easy choice for comfortable and safe stay

The capsules were very clean and comfortable. Reception desk associates were friendly and accomodating. 7-11 is around the corner, much as several local cafes/eateries. Imago mall is ~10 minutes walk (take a shortcut via Jalan Kemajuan).

The receptionist was very friendly and approachable. It was my first capsule hotel experience and it was a positive one. Would definitely drop by again when Iโ€™m at Kota Kinabalu.
